White Toyota Tundra TRD Pro there aren't enough words to fully describe the personalized service I received from Christine and Marin Toyota. 5 Star all the way I had purchased there aren't enough words to fully describe the personalized service I received from Christine and Marin Toyota. 5 Star all the way I had purchased a Tundra TRD from San Luis Obispo Toyota in Late June 2015 few months later was involved in a highway speed collision that totaled the new truck. The truck I wanted originally was a white Tundra TRD PRO but when I found a Pro it was way outside my price budget. Weeks after the accident I was searching for a new truck, this was now in September. I used Auto Trader and couldn't believe my luck ...there was a Tundra Pro exactly what I wanted ... and it looked like I could afford it too! I could hardly believe it!,,, I emailed Marin that morning and Christine was the sales person that asked me to call. When I did ... she asked how she could help me, I responded saying "you can put that Tundra TRD Pro in my driveway...little did I know .... So after a flurry of text messages and phone calls often times finding Christine helping others ... and several emails all of which this type of purchasing was new to me .. to make a major purchase of this type sight unseen untest driven. well after looking at my application which was fine and Christine working hard to get the Pro for me I just didn't see it happening the financing was just outside my range...depressed and disappointed I resolved myself that it wasn't meant to be and went to bed that night thinking that some other guy or gal would own it by morning. I pushed it out of my mind... then Saturday morning I got a call from Lana I believe in the finance dept. who then explained that the truck was still there and Christine had explained my desire to own it she then began to tell me that I was in good standing credit wise and would work with me as best as she could and she turned me over to Cathie. Holy Cow!! seriously? Christine wasn't due to arrive until 9 so I waited after what seemed like forever I got the words from Christine and Cathie I was approved !!!! if I could have done a happy dance I would have. I know the crew there worked hard to make my dream ownership a reality. Now the trouble of getting it to me .... I live in Paso Robles a good 3-4hrs away this was noon Saturday now and I was visualizing this massive hurtle now it wasn't mine till I signed. Options I have my friend or sister drive me up I drive down which would have been stretching my physical limits due to the car accident I was still hurting and on pain meds... Christine offered to come and get me Wow really? but the pain and meds where still an issue. Now remember when I said to Christine initially that she could put the Tundra Pro in my drive way? well she did and at 915 Saturday night it drove up the road and into my driveway by 930 I signed all the papers and text Christine that I was extremely happy.... Christine and crew managed to have my beautiful Tundra Pro delivered to me. When I tell people this they are surprised cant believe that a dealership would go to that length .... truthfully I am equally surprised but having dealt with Christine and Cathie even the drivers who brought the truck to me I can see that they all worked hard for me and I am blessed to have been fortunate enough to have people working for my success. if I had a regret it is that I did not meet Christine in person. dealing over emails texts and phone calls does seem all to impersonally .... but I never got that feeling dealing with Christine ever!. I feel like I have a friendship with Christine even today I get a text ever so often from her asking me how is my daughter how I am doing in recovery from the accident and ok course how I like my Tundra TRD Pro. I really cant say enough about Christine her personality is awesome! when my daughter goes to buy her first car, I only hope that Christine or some one like her, handles the process for my daughter. sincerely Todd Bruce More

Excellent customer service experience at Toyota Marin Date of visit 10/17/2015. My wife and I were in the market for a new Prius V and were referred to Toyota Marin by our insurance agent. Upon entering Date of visit 10/17/2015. My wife and I were in the market for a new Prius V and were referred to Toyota Marin by our insurance agent. Upon entering the direct sales office, we were greeted warmly by an office manager and Ren Briones (Sales Manager) was assigned to help us. Ren provided a great, overall customer service experience. He was extremely friendly, up-front, honest, and a pleasure to work with. Upon assessing our family needs, he agreed that a Prius V was the appropriate car for us and made no attempts to upsell any higher priced models or SUVs. On our test drive, I was very impressed with Ren's product knowledge and felt comfortable asking him any questions that came to mind regarding the car, and any other questions I had in general regarding Toyota. Ren was always quick to provide an intelligent answer, and has a unique sense of humor which kept both my wife and I at ease. Ren made it clear that there are no high-pressure sales tactics employed at Toyota Marin, and he never pressured us to make a decision, giving us time to think things over. He had found us our the exact model we were looking for, and we saw no reason to not give Toyota Marin our business. Ren is a consummate professional. During the sales/paperwork process, we were also greeted warmly by Sales Manager Jay, and Finance Consultant Brooke. Brooke also did an excellent job walking us through financing terms and was a pleasure to deal with. Toyota Marin made the car-buying experience a pleasant, no-hassle experience. Besides having one of the largest (if not the largest) inventory of new Toyota's in the bay area, they have a great sales team that is focused on providing the customer with a great, overall experience. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new Toyota to make Toyota Marin your first stop. We love our new Prius V! More
