The care (service) team, led by Paula McCormick, has helped me - and my kids, with their car needs - with unfailing excellence, generosity, and warmth. My Prius has almost 160K miles now, and it is still gets 40+ mpg. My grandchildren named it "the Bubbe car" ('bubbie' means grandma.)
