Good experience, lack of follow-up. We had a good experience purchasing a used Highlander from Toyota Marin. Spoke with Ren and Martin and the test drive was great. There was no room for haggling with their price, but the paperwork took FOREVER. We were literally there for 5 hours AFTER we decided to buy the car. When we got home, we realized the car was missing a jack. We contacted Martin to ask about replacing the jack - he never got back to us. Overall good experience, we just felt neglected after we gave them our money. More

I went to Toyota Marin last month to buy my Camry...After dealing with a dealer in SF who simply lied to me about prices and gave me the run around, i I went to Toyota Marin last month to buy my Camry...After dealing with a dealer in SF who simply lied to me about prices and gave me the run around, it was super refreshing to go to a dealer who was straight forward, honest and knowledgeable. My sales person, Marvin Sexton was fantastic! he was helpful in explaining my options and was patient with me and took time to really answer all of my questions. Marvin really took all the stress out of buying a car. He's the best. More

Wayland was kind, patient and and really listened to what my specific needs in buying a car were. He helped me find a car that Im totally in love with and didn't try to push something on me just to make a sale. This is one happy customer.
