I am giving Toyota Marin four stars based on my overall experience today. If necessary I will edit my review. The girl Chas seemed to know I was requesting my car be done by 12:30pm on Saturday as she said if it is something complicated that needs repair it could be later than 12:30pm. Then the idiot Chas sent me a text and email that I had an appointment Saturday at 3:30pm. The xxxxx, brat jerk had implied that my appointment would begin early Saturday morning. I called back and talked to Rodrigo who was trying to help me and he transferred me to director Rye. Rye was willing for me to have an appointment Saturday morning and told me at my request he would give me a senior tech to diagnose my car. Rye and I then had a fairly nice conversation shotting the breeze. And he was trying to analyze what could be the problem with my car. Saturday morning I called shortly after they opened after 7am and got ahold of Tom who may have been AI. I was trying to get ahold of Andres the service advisor. I appreciate Andres calling me back shortly after I tried texting and leaving messages for him. Andres seemed to have a hard time remembering what I told him about the problem my car was having and I was originally unhappy that the description of the problem my car was having wasn't complete. I was told tech Jovanny who was a senior tech and very good was diagnosing my car. After I saw the video texted to me I was happy with Jovanny. I hope I don't need to edit this review. I did have a nail in my tire and I saw this the video Joavanny sent me. I did decide to purchase the new tire. However, beware about them telling you that you need a new tire. Once in the past I took my car to the tire place after Toyota Marin said I had a screw in my tire and the tire place said I did not. I also talked to Oscar the service manager and he went over with me what Jovanny put in the notes on my car. I talked to a girl named Lisa over the phone who was hard to hear, but she did put me through to Oscar the service manager at my request. The final issue was Andres the service advisor told me one price on the tire and when I got there it was $15 more than quoted. When I talked to Andres about this he more or less adjusted the tire price. Rye and Oscar were reasonable and I was only charged for the tire. The shuttle driver Vince picked me up at my place and we chatted, but he did say two things that rubbed me the wrong way. And he did not know the girl named Chas who was horrible. He said she might be new. After reading about the tire I purchased on the Internet, I do not feel comfortable Andres the service advisor suggesting it to me as he did not seem intelligent enough to pick a tire to go with my other three tires. So considering the reasons above, I feel four stars is fair. More
Spoke with BC at Toyota Marin looking for a new vehicle off the truck. He sent me an invoice with a "Other F&I products" charging $1,295. I inquired about the charge and he said it was for a StarGard acces off the truck. He sent me an invoice with a "Other F&I products" charging $1,295. I inquired about the charge and he said it was for a StarGard accessory that is installed on all new and used vehicles. I declined the accessory and asked for a price without it. A new vehicle straight off the truck could have accessories installed or not. BC claimed he could "waive" the cost of the StarGard if I purchased a service plan. I again declined any optional accessories, additional services or plans, and was denied any further options to purchase the vehicle. Optional accessories are just that and should fall on the customer to decide to purchase or not. Do not force potential customers to purchase accessories, or service plans, that people do not want. It is unfortunate that we could not have come to some understanding and will definitely not consider this dealership in the future. More

Utterly unscrupulous when it comes to used car sales. They will take advantage of you in every way possible. Also raised the price from the advertised price which is ILLEGAL. The salesman was very unprofessional and rude. He used abusive language on voicemail. I would not recommend this dealership. It is not worth your time and effort. Keith has been amazing helping me from buying the car too everything I have faced since buying it. He not like other car salespeople I have dealt with in the past only thinking about the sale and themsel too everything I have faced since buying it. He not like other car salespeople I have dealt with in the past only thinking about the sale and themselves he was kind informative and even a year later after I purchased the car he still helps me navigate certain issues and checks in with me. I’m so grateful he was the one to help me buy this amazing car. He is a gem. Toyota is lucky too have him. More
