Fantastic Service Department! This is the second time my husband's truck has had 'work' done on it here. The first visit was to fix something on his Tundra that another automotive This is the second time my husband's truck has had 'work' done on it here. The first visit was to fix something on his Tundra that another automotive shop could not find. It took Toyota of Knoxville just under an hour to figure out the problem and just a short time to fix. This past week we had the Tundra in again for a 'check engine' light. They figured out the problem, fixed the problem, and called us to tell us that we would not be charged the $2000 plus for the repair because we had an extended warranty on the truck that we didn't remember we had. It was not an extra warranty we purchased after the purchase of the truck but was actually included on the sticker price. Barry was our service rep and he and his team are awesome!!! More

Satisfactory Service Experience During the 85,000 mile service on my 2011 Toyota Highlander, the technician noted that I had developed a lot of corrosion around my battery terminals. During the 85,000 mile service on my 2011 Toyota Highlander, the technician noted that I had developed a lot of corrosion around my battery terminals. The vehicle still had the original battery which was approximately six years old. It was determined that I needed a battery cable repair plus a new battery. I requested to see the situation for myself and the service representative gladly took me back to the shop to view the battery and talk to the service technician. I agreed with the diagnosis and had the dealer make the necessary repair and install a new battery. The battery cost was not a great bargain but the price was fair enough that I agreed to have the dealer do the work. More
