'New' car 2023 responded

I contacted you guys several times from talking to a gentleman at the body shop, to someone 'in charge' in service, salesman that couldn't do anything because it wasn't his expertise, etc. You guys literally blew me off because I had already purchased the messed up car when I was told it was 'good to go'. Well, when someone purchases a car from you guys they shouldn't have to IMMEDIATELY spend another $600 to get it fixed when it should have NEVER been sold without that fix in the first place. AND I don't want to hear that it was something that happened after I bought it because when I took it to another dealership to fix it they stated (and I read it in their system with my own eyes) they told the previous owner about the issue and apparently that is when they came and traded it in with you guys! I'm not wasting my time calling and speaking with someone else because I already got the distaste in my mouth that you guys did not care with the individuals that just passed the blame on another. Want to help, pay for the cost (which I have the paperwork) of what I had to get fixed, out of pocket, on a 'sound' car that I JUST purchased from you guys! I won't hold my breath on a response sadly.
