Unsatisfactory Customer Service We have bought 3 Toyota’s from Toyota of Knoxville and had service there since about 2000. My wife has also purchased 2 Lexus’s for her boss from Lexu We have bought 3 Toyota’s from Toyota of Knoxville and had service there since about 2000. My wife has also purchased 2 Lexus’s for her boss from Lexus of Knoxville. Yesterday my wife took her 2003 Avalon which was purchased there in with a leaky tire. She had to air it up to get it there (tires were also purchased there). The tires were about 3 years old and were needed to be replaced but were no where near unsafe. When you purchase tire at Toyota they come with road hazard but we were never told that the road hazard was for only 24 months. They refused to fix the tire THEYdeemed unsafe until we could purchase new tires from them. In fact that was never offered. We are looking to purchase a new Highlander and it would have been from Toyota of Knoxville but not now. More

Quick and courteous I was taken care of right away. Staff was very friendly. A shuttle ride back to work was provided. I got a message letting me know the car was ready. Communication skills Made an online inquiry about a vehichle, michelle then transferred it to deric. Told him i had a new car i wanted to trade in and gave him information on trade in. He then scheduled an appointment for me to check out the vehicle because i was VERY interested in it. Show up early to my appointment and deric was not there, which made me very upset because the car also wasnt there. I was never told about being ble to place a hold on the vehicle and because of his poor communication skills the car was sold before i got there that day, which also leads me to believe he left early so he wouldnt have to speak with me and have an upset customer in their lobby. I passed up 2 other vehicles for this one and i am still highly upset. I will NOT be recommending deric or this deaership to anyone. Communication is key and they are definitely lacking in that department. More
