Great Experience I was looking to purchase a new Tundra for trips with my dogs, and so like I always do I began to shop around. The first thing I noted about Toyota Kn I was looking to purchase a new Tundra for trips with my dogs, and so like I always do I began to shop around. The first thing I noted about Toyota Knoxville was that the sales person Alex Waterbury was very professional and upfront, meaning he did not hide anything from me. I was inquiring about purchasing a crew max and while the competitors said I could purchase the vehicle Alex told me about the recall and how there was no immediate fix. When I asked the others about this they came back and said they were eventually going to tell me. Not only this but Toyota Knoxville matched what the competitor offered for my trade and even had lower prices. The overall experience was great. A few weeks after purchasing my truck my girlfriend was looking for a car, but wanted to stay with the brand she had. After a very bad experience at that dealer we went to Toyota Knoxville and again worked with Alex and were able to get the vehicle she wanted at a very good deal and they even honored the military discount. If you want to go to a place that treats people in the service with the respect and dignity they deserve go to Toyota Knoxville, it is one of the few locations that honors their commitment for giving back to those who serve. On a side note I have also had significant work done on customizing my truck and worked with Dave Holingsworth, he is also very professional and friendly. I will do business again with this dealership. Overall it was a great car buying experience, everyone here was courteous and friendly. More
