As I told Mr. Hayes, ten months after I bought the ca Your service is outstanding. My only complaint is with the rotten Rosen unit in my 2013 Camry. As I told Mr. Hayes, ten months after I bought the car, the unit drained the battery and the car had to be towed in. A year later the same unit failed completely and was replaced. Now another two years later, and the unit only partially works. No nav, no blue tooth, and the touch screen doesn't work. We're paying for something that doesn't work and has been a problem from the start. I think Rosen should fix it at their cost. Your sales guy pushed my husband hard to put it in our car, and it's been nothing but trouble. Definitely NOT up to Toyota quality. More

Basic service The service advisor that worked with me was very professional and kind, such a hard thing to find now days. I was on crutches and he was very patient The service advisor that worked with me was very professional and kind, such a hard thing to find now days. I was on crutches and he was very patient with me as it took me extra time having only 1 useful leg to walk with LOL!!!! Thanks once again for the great service. He advised me that my battery was in need of replacement so I bought one that day not from your shop but Sam's Club I would have bought one from the service department but the price of one was to high. Service and recall needed. I made an appointment with Mary Linebaugh to have 15K mile service and recall for bumper taken care of. I was received on time and notified once compl I made an appointment with Mary Linebaugh to have 15K mile service and recall for bumper taken care of. I was received on time and notified once complete. When I went to pick up my Tundra I met with Mary and she handed me my keys and statement for $0 and showed me the work that was completed. No issues documented as usual! It is a Toyota:-) Great service every time I have been to Toyota of Knoxville. I will continue to use their service and recommend other to use as well! Thanks.
