Repeat Customer; Same Excellence I decided to trade in my Tacoma, which I had purchased at Toyota Knoxville in 2014, because I no longer needed a pickup truck. (It had given me 31,000 I decided to trade in my Tacoma, which I had purchased at Toyota Knoxville in 2014, because I no longer needed a pickup truck. (It had given me 31,000 miles of exceptional service.) I got a fair price for the trade-in there, and I ended up purchasing a new Toyota RAV4. The courteous salesclerk had known all about the various RAV4 models, explained the differences to me, showed me around the new vehicle inventory, and took me on a test drive. Afterwards, I offered to pay a fair price for a new, 2018 model, and Toyota Knoxville accepted the deal. She and others in new vehicle sales located the exact RAV4 that I wanted, had it shipped to Toyota Knoxville, and I was quickly the happy owner and driving off the lot. You just can't beat Toyota Knoxville for sales, service, and fairness; and, as a mechanical engineer, I know you can't beat Toyota vehicles for reliability, craftsmanship, and excellence. At least those have always been my experiences after owning Toyotas over the years. And, whenever the Toyota Knoxville Service Department sees my US Air Force license plate, they always thank me for being a military veteran. They are good people. More

Auto Butler The Service Dept. always does a great job doing my maintenance. I wish I could say the same for the Auto Butler clean up crew. Every time they clean The Service Dept. always does a great job doing my maintenance. I wish I could say the same for the Auto Butler clean up crew. Every time they clean my truck they never get all the bug specks off. I usually say something when I pick my truck up and see that it has not been cleaned properly. This time I elected not to say anything because it makes me very angry having to wait while they clean what they should have already done. It seems crazy to apply the paint sealer over bug guts. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! My daughter and I were visiting the University of Tennessee from Atlanta, Georgia the weekend of October 20, 2017. We arrived in Knoxville the night My daughter and I were visiting the University of Tennessee from Atlanta, Georgia the weekend of October 20, 2017. We arrived in Knoxville the night before our tour of the campus and that night I had a flat tire. Toyota’s roadside assistant was stellar but the real hero were Mr. Palumbo and Mr. Nunley. The morning of our tour I drove into Knoxville Toyota with no appointment and explained that I received a flat tire that was plugged but I needed it inspected before my drive back to Atlanta and that I my left my daughter at University of Tennessee by herself. Mr. Palumbo and Mr. Nunley was so gracious and helpful. Despite the fact that it was a Saturday morning and the service department was extremely busy, they had the tires of my Sequoia inspected and I was in and out of the service department in 30 minutes so I could get back to my daughter and the tour at UT! I couldn’t believe it! The service, respect, and efficiency that I received was beyond what I expected even from my own local Toyota dealership. Thank you Mr. Palumbo and Mr. Nunley you saved our weekend and we got home safely! If my daughter becomes a Volunteer, your service department will be our #1 choice. More
