Initial Toyota Care Visit Folks were helpful and friendly throughout my visit. The oil change was deferred until my next visit - I was told today's new engines only require an oil change every 10,000 miles. The customer waiting area was a bit crowded. Came in for a new truck found a good deal on a 1year old one Ryan, was very nice to work with. He knew the trucks and showed us around. He understood our needs ,show us a very nice slighly use Tocoma. We settled on a price then the finance guy brought out the paper work to sign. It was about 4000 more then we were excepting. It had a three different warranties add to it. The finance guy explained them very fast and we still had issue, he had to take it back twice to take off warranties we did not want. This should have been offered earlier and explained better. Other than the warranty issue we were very pleased with the purchase of the Tocoma and look forward to driving for a long time. More

Maintenance I went to this dealership only because the dealership closest to me had no openings for maintenance. I was truly impressed with their service and frie I went to this dealership only because the dealership closest to me had no openings for maintenance. I was truly impressed with their service and friendliness. They also ended up saving me close to $200. I had been quoted a fee of close to $300 for the recommended maintenance on my car and I paid way less by going to Toyota of Knoxville. I live an hour away from them but I will continue to drive the hour for quality of service they give. More
