Failure of service to refill windshield washer, Generally satisfied with service but on 60,000 mile for my 2013 Sienna they noted that they refilled the window washer and normally this would not be Generally satisfied with service but on 60,000 mile for my 2013 Sienna they noted that they refilled the window washer and normally this would not be big problem, but when we were in the Cleveland Ohio area and the temps were in the low teens the window washer fluid froze. We were without a cleaner for our trip back from Cleveland in slush, salt and road spray. It caused us several extra stops to try to get some visability. We bought fluid at a Pilot station that was set for -20 below and added about 1/4 bottle in a system that was supposed to be full. We finally got some cleaner working when we got south far enough and the temperatures reached 30 Degrees.. The obvious conclusion is they did not fill the washer with fluid and whatever was in there was not able to resist freezing in cold temps.. We were very disappointed and felt that the service department mistake put our safety at risk. More
