He was very informative and kind in helping our daughter in selecting a car. He made sure that she understood everything involved and made her feel very comfortable during the whole process. And when he found out my wife was in a wheel chair he drove over 20 miles to our home with paper work my wife needed to sign. That is incredibly kind and wonderful the kind of service that makes you feel like a valued customer and not just a number.
