Came in for service on one Prius (2009) and left with two. We have been extremely satisfied with the 2009 Prius we bought new in 2009 at Toyota of Knoxville. We have had it serviced every 5000 miles and have b We have been extremely satisfied with the 2009 Prius we bought new in 2009 at Toyota of Knoxville. We have had it serviced every 5000 miles and have been very pleased with their excellent service and always a free car wash. With 220,000 miles it has never let us down. While it was being serviced we decided to kill time, have a couple coffees, and take a look at what a new Prius looked like. Bob Avery saw us walking around and offered to help us. He knew we were there to get our car serviced and just killing time. It was a rainy day so we were going to confine our selves to just looking at what was inside. While chatting with Bob, Linda mentioned she liked the Prius four we were looking at but didn't care for the color of the interior. Bob said he'd check and see if they had one with the color combo she wanted to see. A few minutes later he was out in the rain and drove a matching one into the dry staging area so we didn't have to get wet. He did this several times till we came up with the color combo we liked for the Prius four. By this time John Forsythe called us to let us know our car was ready so I went back to service to pay. Looking over the written report on the overall status of the car he reported they had found all was well but the engine air filter should be replaced. I thanked him and gave him the go ahead to replace it. As anyone who has met Bob can tell you he has the gift to gab, knows his product, and wants to please yet not pushy. As you guessed he made us a deal that we couldn't refuse. After all was done he had one additional little surprise. Though the car didn't come with a cargo net he was ordering one for us as Linda had earlier mentioned she wished it came with one. Next day he called to follow up and see if we had any questions now that we had driven the car and to let us know he had the net for us. More

Service Center is sketchy Multiple attempts to scam me into not receiving prorate credit on tires that did not make it to their mileage warranty. Details below. Several mon Multiple attempts to scam me into not receiving prorate credit on tires that did not make it to their mileage warranty. Details below. Several months ago - I went in for a tire change and rotation. Received a call while the car was being serviced to let me know that the tires were due to be replaced. When I asked about a mileage prorate (there were about 20k miles on 55k mile warranty tires), they said "oh nevermind, the tires are still good". It is important to note that since I didn't buy new tires, they elected not to rotate the tires. Two weeks ago - went in for another oil change, asked about the tires, and they said they are still fine. Two days ago - I went and bought a tire gauge on my own to see what was going on with these tires that were due to be replaced ~7.5k miles ago but are now just fine. They were all at 2/32", a critical level. I went back to the shop and asked to replace them, and to provide some prorate credit. They said they would check. I waited about 10min and Chris C. came out and let me know that they checked the tires and they were at 4/32" and 5/32". After discussing this several times, I had to ask Chris to follow me into the shop and show him with my own tire gauge that they were in fact at 2/32". He said that my gauge might be faulty (haha). He went and got his own gauge and saw it was not faulty. It wasn't until this happened, that they were going to give me any prorate credit, and even at this point, they were trying to pull one over on me by saying they couldn't give credit because my car was out of alignment (I only have my car serviced here, if it was out of alignment why didn't you recommend we fix it?), or that the tires hadn't been rotated enough (see above where they elected not to rotate the tires). In the end I received 38% credit for tires that had been driven for about 50%. I don't normally leave reviews, but I wanted to make sure everyone knows to not trust this service center. More

Brad was very helpful on taking his time with my family. I really enjoyed his patience in dealing with the language barrier problem posed by my parents. Brad definitely tries his best to help find the right price for you. Another person to thank is Scott, who handled the finance. He showed high levels of professionalism in helping find the best financial plan available to us. All in all, it was a very pleasurable experience! More
