Uses bait and switch sales. I wanted to purchase a GMC Acadia that had been listed on cargurus.com for over a month and had 2 different price drops. I then submitted a credit check and as soon as I was approved I was told, "Management told us it had mechanical issues and it didnt pass our safety inspection. During his interactions with us, he wore a mask and limited our time inside the show room. We were disappointed with Toyota of Knoxville for not requiring their employees to wear mask inside the show room & offices. Thank you so much Austin for a great experience! More

DO NOT USE TOYOTA KNOXVILLE COLLISION OR SERVICE CENTER!!! I brought my Tacoma to Toyota Knoxville last week to have some front end damage fixed. I was in a front end collision that caused some CENTER!!! I brought my Tacoma to Toyota Knoxville last week to have some front end damage fixed. I was in a front end collision that caused some minor damage. Upon arriving at Toyota it was gone over with me what would be fixed and a timeline which I agreed with. Today I went to pick my truck up and the quality of work is absolutely disgusting. There are RUNS in the paint, some of the new plastic pieces were scratched up, and one of the fenders they painted has scratches from where they put the headlight in. I drove over an hour to get my truck fixed at the dealership so it would be done right. It looks like a shade tree body shop did the work. IT GETS WORSE!! I brought the issues their attention and the manager came out I assume he’s the manager and he said the runs in the paint were already there “because my painter told me they were” They absolutely 100% for a fact were not there!! Instead of coming outside and trying to right their wrongs they proceeded to insinuate that I am a liar. Not only that the grille was replaced with a piece that is scratched up. I brought that to their attention as well. The manager proceeds to tell me that “it’s aftermarket not OEM so it may be scratched” that’s ridiculous I didn’t pay for piece of crap scratched up parts! I made sure to let my insurance company know how poor of a job they did and the way the acted. I’ll make sure I post this very review on every site I can find. What a bunch of sorry people. To call your customer a liar is absurd. Avoid this place at all cost. More
