I dropped off my car to this dealership for painting job and checked in my car to Andrew. He gave me my receipt and a slip to pick up a rental car for 4 days. Got the rental car and drive back home. A couple of days after, I was expecting a call to get an update or at least to let me know when my car will be ready. 4 days came by, close to the time I need to return the rental car I had to make the call. I called the dealership around 2pm and to find out that my advisor Andrew took the day off and a guy named Jose took over. I had to leave a voicemail to Jose to see when my car will be ready. I also called Toyota rental and talked to Wes to let them know I haven’t heard from anyone if my car is ready and if I should return the car. Wes told me that he will call someone to see if my car is ready. A couple minutes after that Wes called back to let me know that my car is ready for pick up and someone will call me to also let ‘em know it’s ready. Jose called with no apology for not letting me know what’s going on with my car and he was like “your car is ready for pick up”. This is around 3pm, I told him that I can’t drop off the rental at that time because I am still working and needed to make arrangements to get there since it’s not close by where I live. At this point I was so annoyed, I asked if I can return the car the next day, Jose checked with the warranty and allowed me to return the rental before 10am. So the next day comes, came and picked up my car, not even knowing who’s Jose was. I checked out at door 1 and got my car no one talked to me what they did to my car and did not even clean it. I was like what is this? I even had the service error on the dashboard that maybe tired was low on air and they didn’t even bother to check that. The service error tag wasn’t even there when I brought it in. I didn’t had the chance to complain about it when I was there since I had no time to deal with it at that time. At this point I hope that the manager can read this and I don’t think I will ever bring my car to this location ever again! Really bad service! More
