Service was fast and promise time was exactly as advisor estimated. Service sucked as I was told my tires were 4/32" measured at different shop and was found to be at 7/32" Windshield glass and my glass wa estimated. At 60,923 miles I was told I needed tires. I declined. At 63,586 my car was serviced before a road trip. Nothing was said about the tires. Today, at 69759 the same measurements were quoted as I declined. At 63,586 my car was serviced before a road trip. Nothing was said about the tires. Today, at 69759 the same measurements were quoted as needing tires, this time I signed a statement that the car was unfit to drive. Is it any wonder that we, the people are suspicious of dealers’ estimates and measurements. More
