Service was fast and promise time was exactly as advisor estimated. Service sucked as I was told my tires were 4/32" measured at different shop and was found to be at 7/32" Windshield glass and my glass wa estimated. At 60,923 miles I was told I needed tires. I declined. At 63,586 my car was serviced before a road trip. Nothing was said about the tires. Today, at 69759 the same measurements were quoted as I declined. At 63,586 my car was serviced before a road trip. Nothing was said about the tires. Today, at 69759 the same measurements were quoted as needing tires, this time I signed a statement that the car was unfit to drive. Is it any wonder that we, the people are suspicious of dealers’ estimates and measurements. More

Very dissatisfied with the service yesterday. When I made the Appmt several days ago, I asked for an oil change, and this was not done. What I didn't ask for (brake inspection) was done and I was charged $67.00 for it. I feel this was not clarified to me at all when I gave them the car and the key. I can’t imagine a Toyota agency service dept doing this. He said it didn’t need any oil change yet. Couldn’t he have told me that when I delivered him the key and the car? What if I’m going to go on a long trip and wanted to get it done early? The customer is paying for it for crying out loud… I talked to “Pat” on the phone today and he told me I needed to pay attention to what they said when I took it in (!!!). I feel and told him that they didn't pay attention to ME when I asked for an oil change. He said that at the mileage it now has, it only called for a brake inspection. I only understood this after the fact and after I paid and left and came home, suspecting nothing, thinking my oil change had taken place. VERY disappointed in this agency and its services. I remember “Pat” well from yesterday, he was A-OK). In todays conversation on the phone about it, not so much as an apology for not making sure I understood that what I asked for wasn’t going to be done and what I didn’t ask for was……… I'll be getting my oil changes etc done elsewhere on this vehicle from the now on unless something is done about this. It’s sad more than anything and seems a little deceitful. More
