If I could give no star I would. Took my truck in for service on Saturday. The “service” rep (Shannon) was not helpful was very unpleasant to work with. Explain some concerns I had about my ac and she ju service on Saturday. The “service” rep (Shannon) was not helpful was very unpleasant to work with. Explain some concerns I had about my ac and she just said it’s out of warranty and you will have to pay extra without even looking at my truck she said it’s probably rodents! And now I looked at my paperwork and I do have extra warranty but she didn’t even bother to look that up! Also said that they couldn’t wash my truck which I didn’t ask them too but she volunteered that the machine was broken! Funny thing when I picked up my truck a lot of cars were coming out washed!!! Horrible horrible service I will not go back!! I have given my business to this dealer from buying this truck there and all it’s services to just receive this kind of unacceptable customer service!!!
