Toyota Escondido

I Took my 4Runner and for the 10,000 mile maintenance. I have off-road tires so I rotate them regularly so they don’t get worn on one side. My wife went in I explain to her that she needed to tell them not have off-road tires so I rotate them regularly so they don’t get worn on one side. My wife went in I explain to her that she needed to tell them not to rotate them, somehow that wasn’t communicated through to the technician so they rotated them. And mind you my front tires were less worn in my back tires since I just recently rotated them. No biggie I called Art he said no problem will rotate them back. My wife had to come back a couple days later went in for the rotation. Turns out they didn’t even rotate them the second time because the same tires were on the front. So I had to go pay another $120 to have them originally rotated to where they were before I took it in. Will not be taking my Toyota there anymore even if I have to drive 45 minutes away I’d rather do that then deal with this again. More
