I love this dealership and their service Dept. I have been going to them ever since I bought my 2010 Corolla. They are always very honest and don’t push things on me that I can wait on to fix. But, this morning I had a 9:00 appt that I made 2 weeks ago and when I got there at my appt time, it was a literal madhouse of cars in line for service. I didn’t even have a technician meet with me to talk about why I was there until 9:45. And when he did come to my car 45 minutes late, there was no apology or thanks for being patient. So, while I love their work, this morning was not great, and I hope they improve on their scheduling and customer service! More
