Signage not clear when approaching from the south (as Google maps took us). Parking structure that we were routed to from there was almost entirely reserved parking so it was difficult to coordinate our Google maps took us). Car that was in for an inspection took all day and came with recommendations that were unrelated to the warranty claim being inspected for. Some of our warranty claim is being denied due to the warranty issue not being visible from the exterior of the vehicle. Within the car, two bottles of hand sanitizer disappeared while being inspected. Paperwork indicated a loaner vehicle may be provided, however dealership indicated they would not be able to provide this, leaving us without a vehicle for several days. Overall extremely disappointed with the service. Do not anticipate being back outside of the warranty resolution. More
