Pat my service advisor was kind of rude. My car took 5 1/2 hours to finish. All I had done was a standard oil change service and four new tires and alignment. I waited in the lobby for 5.5 hours and checked up on the status of my truck after four hours. At that point, Pat was rude. He said he would check on status for me and never came back to me to let me know of the status on my truck. He nevered called me when my truck was finished even though I told him it’s been way too long and I have another meeting to go to. When I finally went out to check up on the status of my truck, I saw that my truck had been finished and sitting there for the past 30 minutes. I asked him why he didn’t call me to let me know my truck was finished, he replied “ I did call you”! But I checked my phone and had no inbound calls from him. He was rude!!! However Devin was a super great sales guy. Devin went above and beyond to help me with my rebate. Devin is a great guy. Pat is bad with customer service. Pat shows no concern for me having to wait for 5.5 hours. More
