I wanted to compare small hybrid vehicles and Dave helped me to quickly get information on relevant comparators. Dave helped me get info on the features of the various Prius models and versions. He let me try out our car seat in a Prius c (it fits even on the 40% side). He helped us get a trade-in for my (pretty much dead) car (the reason we needed a new car in the first place). He was great about introducing us to the service folk, helping us get new keys, and showing us how our new car worked (Bluetooth especially). He helped keep my 4-year old occupied while we looked things over. All in all, it was a fine experience! And there were balloons and a banner when I picked up my first really NEW car! :-) More

We have driven a Toyota for at least 8 years and really like the cars a lot. When we went to Toyota last Friday I honestly wasn't planning on driving a new car off the lot that day, but Rich Greenberg wa like the cars a lot. Went to Toyota Direct to purchase a car, but was still undecided as to what "vehicle" I wanted. Rich let us test-drive several different models until I felt comfortable enough to make the decision which undecided as to what "vehicle" I wanted. After test-driving the first vehicle, Rich was able to zero in on exactly what features I wanted and steer me to the "perfect" car. I will tell you that we test drove other brands of vehicles after Toyota, but promptly came back to Toyota because of the brand, the features they offer, and the customer service they offer in sales and in service. Once we started the sales process, everything went so smoothly. I honestly can say that I've never had an auto sales transaction ever go so smooth. Rich worked with us to get the numbers to a point where we were comfortable, then everything moved right on from there. It literally took us 10 minutes in financing!!!! The presentation of the car at the end was phenomenal! You can really tell that this dealership takes pride in customer service, and in selling their brand! Thanks, Rich, for such a smooth transaction that we almost forgot we were buying a car! More

I have bought many cars in the last 30 years, and have learned to do my homework. I spent several hours on research. I had dealt with used car dealers before, and so came to the process prepared to be s learned to do my homework. I spent several hours on research. I had dealt with used car dealers before, and so came to the process prepared to be sweet-talked into buying more car than I could afford, only to find out from a mechanic that the car was nearly falling apart. I emailed my questions to Toyota Direct, and received a phone call from Greg Gee, encouraging me to come in and take a test drive. When I arrived, Greg was there to service my needs. He understood that my search was for a car that I could afford, and had the answers to all my questions. When I told him that I would have to take it to my mechanic, he answered that this was no problem. All the way through the process, Greg was helpful, warm and understanding, and did everything he could to make me feel that I was an important customer whose needs were most important. I am incredibly pleased with the service he provided for me. So much so, that 1 1/2 weeks later, when I realized that my plans to trade in a car for a car for my son, I turned to Greg. Once again he did an incredible job of providing excellent service. Though this car was older and cheaper, he understood my needs, and sold me a car which would fit my needs exactly. I am moving to Pittsburgh, but can tell you now, that when it comes to replacing my wife's car in the future, I am coming back to Columbus to deal with Greg. I will recommend Toyota Direct in general and Greg in particular, to anyone searching for a car. Great Job @@@!!! More

Chris and the Toyota Direct sales team went above and beyond our expectation. The day of our purchase was the height of the storm produced power outage.
