We really dreaded going out to look at cars that Saturday as we've had some really bad experiences at dealerships in the past. He introduced us to the Limited Rav which had the tow package and plenty of power to pull our camper. He was very thorough in explaining all the features of the car. Ivan is very personable and came across to us as very honest and sincere and genuinely interested in our needs. He never made a promise he didn't follow through with and we are happy to recommend him to our family and friends. More

I was pleased with my trade in value and my "wheeling and dealing" (lol) and feel I got a great deal and of course...it's a Toyota! Dave kept me informed the entire time and even bought me a much appreciated A&W rootbeer! Which reminds me they have great popcorn and slushies in the waiting room. Dave helped me set up the bluetooth for my drive home and made sure I knew how everything worked - I'm looking forward to future service visits and new car sales! More

My husband and I went to Toyota Direct on a busy Sunday afternoon after seeing a Toyota Highlander on their website. We called before making the 2 hour long car trip to Columbus and spoke with Patti. He was very knowledgable about the car's features, and once i purchased the car, he spent quite a bit of time giving me a complete lesson on how to use every feature of the car, and also set up the Bluetooth app. Melvin provided me with a simple, honest and hassle free purchase experience. Perry Singh made the financial part of the transaction run smoothly and was very thorough in explaining all the paperwork. He too was very pleasant to work with.
