Of all of them Toyota Direct was the most responsive and best about showing they cared about me and my vehicle needs. After initially looking at their inventory online I was able to get all of my questions answered quickly and directly in detail via email. Though the vehicle I had inquired about was no longer available when I arrived at the dealership the salesman was able to arrange for a comparable deal on a vehicle from another dealership. The only snag in the entire process was a miscommunication between the salesman and the person processing the paperwork with the VIN which required an additional trip to the dealership to sign a new set of paperwork. More

The service staff has always been respectful to me, never treated me as if I didn't know another about cars or pressured me into service I didn't need or could afford, yet they would let me know they didn't feel it was safe to not get the work done.
