Unacceptable customer service standards Poor customer service especially from the finance dept. I cancelled my warranty on the car a week after I purchased it, Jonathan told me I'll see the reimbursed money in my account and this was in August. I didn't see anything so I called and spoke with Brittany Simonelli on 8/23/16 she said she doesn't see my name so if I cancelled it then it is cancelled. To me that wasn't enough assurance cuz I still haven't been reimbursed so I drove to the office and spoke with her. I got a copy of an email between her and Maggie Lawson explaining that august business does not get remitted until next month which is September. I called 9/6/16 and spoke with Kyle who told me the cancellation was delayed but it has been taken care of. I have called Brittany Simonelli on 9/13/16, 9/14/16 and 9/15/16 and leave her a voice messages for an update on the cancellation but she hasn't called me back neither have I been reimbursed. On top of it the car didn't come with floor mat and spare key I went back to ask about them and they told me the didn't come with them. This is my first and last time going to Toyota Direct to purchase a car. Poor customer service especially from the finance dept. We were certainly not sold on a Toyota when we came to Toyota Direct. Melvin was a calm and steadfast influence, helping us see what we were looking for and how we might find it. He did not "sell," but rather informed and supported our thought process. He is kind and honest--I could ask for nothing more. And I absolutely love my Highlander. More

The first new car was purchased in December/January as a result of a company employee TrueCar internet inquiry. The first dealership (not Direct Toyota) could not supply the desired car unless it was a year older or if we ordered. Fortunately, Russell had made contact with us at the beginning of the car buying process. After the first dealership issues, we made contact again with Russell. He found the car and made sure it met all our requirements. The dealership Direct Toyota honored all prices from year end. During this time period, we found Russell to be a happy, positive professional with a “Can Do” attitude. He made our car buying experience a very positive and happy experience. He was patient, positive and persistent in securing our car with an easy going manner. Russell went well beyond expectation during the first car buying experience. In July, we decide to purchase a 2nd new car. We did not go to any other Toyota dealership because of our past experience and knowing Russell would take care of us. We called and met with Russell about the car specifications and he found the vehicle. Then, we changed our requirements a few times because of vehicle availability during an extensive search by Russell. It hard to put in words all the effort and time, but Russell did this with the same professional/happy experience that we had during our 1st car buying experience. Again Russell did an excellent job going above and beyond expectations in obtaining the vehicle we wanted. Buying a car with Russell’s expertise is like having your best friend looking out for you to get you the best car for the best price. More
4th car bought from this dealer-excellent sales experience I gave the excellent rating because this is the 4th unit purchased from this dealer group. This is the 2nd time that Russell has helped us with a new car purchase. They do not pressure you in any way and are always patient and willing to serve. I have tried to deal with other dealers (Toyota) even closer to my home with little success and I have left angry, upset and disappointed. Not the case with Direct. Not the case with Russell. They are true professionals and my wife and I have already counseled our children to buy vehicles from Direct. Russell is a real gentleman, kind and caring. No pressure! I like this in a dealership and I like it even more in a salesman! I would recommend Russell and Direct to any friend for the purchase of a new or used vehicle. Russell - thank you for your pateince and great service - purchasing a 2016 Corolla for our daughter whose Scion Xb was totaled just days before was a gentle and pleasant experience. WE are AGAIN happy customers! More
Easy to work with, will go above and beyond I've now leased two vehicles from Toyota Direct, and have had the pleasure of working with Russell Doddroe both times. Russell is easy to relate to and makes the process simple. This most recent time he was able to run numbers for me on a number of different models as I was a bit indecisive as far as what I was looking for. He never acted as if it was any trouble and spent quite a bit of time with me to make sure I ended up with a vehicle I really wanted. While looking at new leases I also was able to have my prior lease serviced for its 20,000 mile complimentary maintenance, which was super convenient had I not made a decision that day. It's hard to beat ToyotaCare's two-year complimentary service (every 5,000 miles) and is another reason I love leasing from Toyota Direct. Car buying/leasing can be stressful, but Russell and Toyota Direct have helped reduce a lot of that anxiety and I've really enjoyed leasing from them. More

I had the shadiest car buying experience at this dealership. I guess it shame on me for trusting our salesman. We experienced the epitome of high pressure, empty promise, sneaky after the sale realizations. We are still dealing with issues that we supposed to have been taken care of prior to the sale and are now faced with hundreds of dollars of issues that other more professional dealerships would have taken care of. It feels like a total "gotcha" situation.... Sleazy car buying experience. I hope that i don't need to write another poor review after these issues are addressed. We also had to stop at the nearest gas station once we left the dealership as the gas light came on. They sent us away with a dirty car, that did not have promised repairs completed, with no gas and one set of keys . Wow!!!! This whole scene is just shameful!!! And completely unprofessional!!! Go Elsewhere!!! More
Not Good financing options. Offensive behavior with customer I purchased a 2017 camry hybrid xle from this dealer. The car came with a cut on driver seat cover and when I requested for replacing the cover, they simply did a touch-up work and used abusive/offensive language. The spec said scout GPS link support and they were not able to set it up. It does not work but simply hangs up on starting the navigation. They would not even show me the financing application details submitted on my behalf to the banks. I will never go to this dealer again and will not recommend to any of my friends and family. More

We went to Toyota Direct and met salesman Russell Doddroe. He was very helpful ( and successful) to find the right vehicle for us. Russell was professional, knowledgeable and patient, as was Issac in the Finance Dept. Everyone we met was friendly and willing to assist a customer even if you were already working with a certain sales rep. We were very impressed overall with Toyota Direct staff. Highly recommend this dealership as well as Russell and Issac. An extra special thank you Russell and Issac, we are very happy with our 2016 Toyota Highlander! It was a true pleasure working with both of you. More
