With an 8:15 appointment with a warranty repair issue, it was 11:20 before anyone updated me. Even then they admitted to forgetting about me. Parts not in stock and left to come back the next day. Asked for was 11:20 before anyone updated me. Even then they admitted to forgetting about me. Parts not in stock and left to come back the next day. Asked for an update before noon so I could arrange a ride. Again forgotten about so I had to call, first call was lost and the second call a message was taken. At car pick up I was walked to the lot where my car was parked and the guy just pointed to it and said it’s over there. No work review, nothing. Either this place is too busy or short on staff. My compliments to the shuttle driver that brought me home the first day, very friendly and professional driver! More
