THE PROBLEMS THAT I SAID MY CAR HAD, HE SAID IT DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEM AND THAT IT WAS FINE. I FELT THAT THAT PERSON ATTITUDE WAS NOT GOOD OR BAD. I FELLT THAT ALL THE THINGS THAT I HAVE SEEN ON MY CAR W HAVE ANY PROBLEM AND THAT IT WAS FINE. I FELT THAT THAT PERSON ATTITUDE WAS NOT GOOD OR BAD. I FELLT THAT ALL THE THINGS THAT I HAVE SEEN ON MY CAR WAS NOT SOMETHING IMPORTED FOR HIM TO CHECK IT OUT AND FIX IT. HE JUST SAID THAT MY CAR HAD NOTHING WRONG WITH IT, JUST BECAUSE THAT WAS MY FIRST CHECK-UP AND THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY HIM. I BELIVE THAT IF IT WAS NOT MY FIRST CHECK-UP HE WOULD HAVE AT LEAST WOULD HAVE PRETENDED OF FIXING IT AND THEN HAVE ME PAY. HE WOULD HAVE BEEN GLADLY SAY THAT HE HAS FIXED THE PROBLEM AND HAVE ME PAY THE MONEY. "DON'T TAKE THIS TO HEART IT JUST THE VIB THAT I GOT WHEN I WAS GETTNG MY CAR BACK." I MEAN I HADE TO GET MY CAR ALL THE FROM THE BACK PARKING LOT, HE DIDN'T EVEN GET MY CAR IN THE FRONT OF THE DOOR. I HADE A CHILD WITH ME AND HE TOOK ME ALL THE WAY TO BACK TO GET MY OUT OF THE PARKING LOT MY SELF. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IF THAT'S WHAT HE SHOULD DO OR HAVE DONE. HIS ATTUDE CHANGED AS SOON AS I SAID THAT THIS WAS FIRST CHECK-UP. HE KNOW I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR MY FIST CHECK-UP. IF I HADE TO PAY I BELIVE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN SOMETHING DIFFERENT. JUST HOP I DON'T HAVE TO GO THROUGH THAT ON MY SECOND CHECK-UP. I BELIVE I WON'T SENSE I WOULD HAVE TO PAY. I DON'T MEAN TO BE ROAD. More

This has been my only service center for my 2 Prius's for several years. In recent months I have become somewhat distraught with how they have done. Several examples: - 6 months ago they lost my key FOB and several years. In recent months I have become somewhat distraught with how they have done. Several examples: - 6 months ago they lost my key FOB and had to replace it (at no charge). They found it the next day. This "cost" us extra time in the shop (due to delays), and another trip in to get our other FOB reprogrammed. (We did get a small reduction is the charge for the scheduled service, after I asked for it.) - we have had several tire (purchased at Toyota Direct) issues in the last several months. When taking the vehicle in, I mentioned that the tires were purchased there (within the last 2 years), but they still typically charge me for rotations and a tire replacement (until I complain about it, when they will remove the charge). - on the tire that was replaced (above), the new tire went flat several times overnight after it was installed. (I did catch it everytime and did not drive on it.) Taking it back in, they found that the valvestem needed tightening (which did solve the problem). The dust cap was also missing after the tire was installed, AND after the valvestem was tightened. Come on folks!! - at a recent 5000 mile service I got an oil change. After picking it up I was checking something on their website, and saw a promotion that they were running for the whole month for a reduction in the cost of oil changes...which I realized they did not give me. You would think that they would tell me that they were running a special when I requested the oil change, but I did not get it since I did not ask for it. (Apparently "Service Advisor" does not mean "Service Advocate"...not there to help the customer!) I will probably still use them for service, due to their location, but I feel that I have to really be on top of what they are doing and making sure that I get everything that I can...the Service Advisors are not really there to help me at all.
