Mindy was nice and stayed in contact but our vehicle is not running at all now and is back in the shop. We told them what we believed to be the issue and they replaced 2 other parts that wouldn't have gone not running at all now and is back in the shop. Mindy was friendly and helpful. Scheduled routine maintenance and a recall. I was told that the recall started with an inspection which was incorrect. Showed up for what I was told was an hour service and was asked to leave m I was told that the recall started with an inspection which was incorrect. Showed up for what I was told was an hour service and was asked to leave my vehicle for 24 hours. I was not able to do that without advanced notice. Had to reschedule the recall service which was inconvenient and a waste of my time. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service. More
