Came in for an oil change, and the information about the car I received was very helpful. This has to be the cleanest work bay I've seen, which is very reassuring (and professional.) I had an appointment for an oil change, but it still took around 2.5 hours. I would suggest being more time-conscious, as 2.5 hours is too long for a simple oil change. This type of service can typically be completed in less than 20 minutes at a drive-through oil change location.This has not only happened once but every time I visit. Service technician lied to my face about what was wrong with the car. They instructed me to go to a dealership that they knew was outside the warranty coverage that I purchased from their dealership. The dealer and every person inside was very professional and welcoming. I’ve spent some long grueling days in dealerships going through all the ropes they send you through. Here we told them what we wanted, and welcoming. I’ve spent some long grueling days in dealerships going through all the ropes they send you through. Here we told them what we wanted, showed up to test drive it, told them the price we wanted to be at with the term and rate being right and they made it happen. The only negative part about the experience was the fact that we paid 20k in cash by saving back a payed off car payment for several years and it was reported to the government. Wow what you get for doing what once was a great gesture and not a target on your back with the uppers. More
