I was pleased with my trade in value and my "wheeling and dealing" (lol) and feel I got a great deal and of course...it's a Toyota! Dave kept me informed the entire time and even bought me a much appreciated A&W rootbeer! Which reminds me they have great popcorn and slushies in the waiting room. Dave helped me set up the bluetooth for my drive home and made sure I knew how everything worked - I'm looking forward to future service visits and new car sales! More

My husband and I went to Toyota Direct on a busy Sunday afternoon after seeing a Toyota Highlander on their website. We called before making the 2 hour long car trip to Columbus and spoke with Patti. Although she was very busy with 2 other clients, she made us feel like we were still a priority. Patti also called to follow up to make sure we still loved our purchase. He was very knowledgable about the car's features, and once i purchased the car, he spent quite a bit of time giving me a complete lesson on how to use every feature of the car, and also set up the Bluetooth app. Melvin provided me with a simple, honest and hassle free purchase experience. Perry Singh made the financial part of the transaction run smoothly and was very thorough in explaining all the paperwork. He too was very pleasant to work with. I wanted to compare small hybrid vehicles and Dave helped me to quickly get information on relevant comparators. Dave helped me get info on the features of the various Prius models and versions. He let me try out our car seat in a Prius c (it fits even on the 40% side). He helped us get a trade-in for my (pretty much dead) car (the reason we needed a new car in the first place). He was great about introducing us to the service folk, helping us get new keys, and showing us how our new car worked (Bluetooth especially). He helped keep my 4-year old occupied while we looked things over. All in all, it was a fine experience! And there were balloons and a banner when I picked up my first really NEW car! :-) More
