The dealership does not follow through on warranty for new vehicles. They try to charge for everything under warranty and that includes the 2 year maintenance plan. You have to make multiple appointments because the service department doesn't know what they are doing. What is the point of making an appointment if they can't take the vehicle and work on it. Multiple times I was told to make another appointment because they can't fix my vehicle or the technician is not their that day. That is not my problem. They just didn't want to pay for the rental. There isn't any follow through from management either. Should I start with the Service Manager or the General Manager? Service manager doesn't care and doesn't know what is going on in his area of "expertise". Big issues when wanting to speak to the General Manager. Searched for used van for several months and ended up stopping here at Toyota Direct on our way to finally buy one at another dealer. Fast and easy negotiating process, coming from a self-described cheapskate, over-analyzer and skeptic... my wife & I were both surprised at the price they came down to, we just couldn't turn it down. Bob Daniels salesperson not pushy at all, yet was clearly trying to earn our business respectfully and pleasantly. No need for a "closer". Timing was end of December. A lot of waiting to get in the F&I office however it was Saturday and the place was jammed with customers. Finance guy Jake was no-nonsense, and not too pushy. He helped get us out of there as fast as possible as we had 2 toddlers with us. All-around experience was great. They changed my opinion of the car buying process. More

Patti was very helpful when we visited the dealership. She went above and beyond to answer our questions. Patti continued to work with us once our deal was complete to try to get our Bluetooth set up. Whe She went above and beyond to answer our questions.
