I emailed Toyota Direct and a few other local Toyota dealers after visiting another local dealership that did not have my vehicle in stock. We spoke on the phone to set up an appointment and he did not keep me waiting. We did the test drive with Rich teaching me the correct way to use the car and its options, assessed my trade-in, discussed the differences in the available options, chose the car, set up the financing, and closed the deal in about 3 hours. Rich went to great effort to make sure that I understood what the car is capable of and what I can expect. His manager and financial officer were also very helpful.
