Of all of them Toyota Direct was the most responsive and best about showing they cared about me and my vehicle needs. After initially looking at their inventory online I was able to get all of my questions answered quickly and directly in detail via email. Though the vehicle I had inquired about was no longer available when I arrived at the dealership the salesman was able to arrange for a comparable deal on a vehicle from another dealership. The only snag in the entire process was a miscommunication between the salesman and the person processing the paperwork with the VIN which required an additional trip to the dealership to sign a new set of paperwork. More

I now have a 2005 Highlander and 2013 Prius C, both o I've used Toyota Direct exclusively for automobile service ever since I bought my '95 Prius new! I now have a 2005 Highlander and 2013 Prius C, both of which have never been any a different service bay. What keeps my going back? Polite, competent, punctual service every time. Highly recommended.
