Purchased a 2016 Ford Mustang that had known clutch issue, was told it would be repaired at no cost under the warranty. They had the car for 1 day and told us it was not covered and would cost us an a issue, was told it would be repaired at no cost under the warranty. They had the car for 1 day and told us it was not covered and would cost us an additional $1500. I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Sales Manager Mark was shady as is the entire dealership. Do not purchase vehicle from any of these dealerships. Never again. More
TLDR: Avoid at all costs....even unauthorized costs. Toyota Direct told my 20 year old daughter that critters chewed through wiring. They even put together a detailed (5) five page report of costs. Toyota Direct told my 20 year old daughter that critters chewed through wiring. They even put together a detailed (5) five page report of the damage - with the total cost of repairs at $7,680.42 They told my daughter to get Geico involved because critters chewed through the wiring. They went on to allege that Toyota uses soy in their wiring and it's a common problem. When Geico showed up, they started back pedaling. They had no proof - so Geico put the claim on hold. If they had no proof, why would they tell my daughter that the cause was from critters chewing through the wiring. .. ...and how do they put together a detailed (5) five page report of the damage - with the total cost of repairs at $7,680.42 - WITHOUT proof? After speaking with Geico, we thought it would be best to get a second opinion from a more reputable business. Geico authorized towing my vehicle to a more reputable business, however Toyota Direct would not release my vehicle to be towed unless I paid them $135 for a fee of which myself or my daughter did not authorize. Once again, Toyota direct has absolutely no proof that myself or my daughter authorized any charges. More
Bought one car there. Called to see if they had a car we wanted to come see and they said essentially "don't bother" and that they couldn't sell to us because of the zip code we lived in since it meant we w wanted to come see and they said essentially "don't bother" and that they couldn't sell to us because of the zip code we lived in since it meant we wouldn't use them for service on the vehicle afterwards. Will not be recommending them to anyone or buying anything else from them. More
I signed paperwork for a 2021 4 runner on 7-11-2021 and put 3000 bucks down. They told me the car was being delivered to the dealership between 7-12 to 7-14. Called on 7-14 and they said "oops,it won't be put 3000 bucks down. They told me the car was being delivered to the dealership between 7-12 to 7-14. Called on 7-14 and they said "oops,it won't be delivered until 7-20 to 7-26 now. I called in stating my frustration with the situation and they could care less. I am canceling, getting a refund and taking my 45000 elsewhere. More
This is first Toyota but it will be my last. While I liked my salesperson, I will not return to this dealership. After having my 2020 Toyota Highlander for just 7 months, the sunroof burst/exploded out liked my salesperson, I will not return to this dealership. After having my 2020 Toyota Highlander for just 7 months, the sunroof burst/exploded out while my son and I were driving. It was an unbelievable sound right overhead. There had been no one else on the road and no trees overhead. Upon getting to my destination we stepped up to look and saw a hole about the size of 2 fists and the glass pushed up like a volcano. After talking to Toyota corporate and getting a case number we drove the 60 miles to Toyota Direct. Once there we were met by Aaron who after looking at the roof said, “Wow, that blew out.” Yes, we said, it did. But when service manager Joey Ronk came out to assess the situation she immediately said, ”Oh, a rock hit it.” When we explained no and commented on the way the glass was bulging up she replied, “ well there is nothing I see here for me to say it’s warranty covered.” REALLY?! There is an issue with sunroofs exploding. A simple Google search shows hundreds of incidents filed with NHTSA. Consumer Report did an article on it in 2017. It’s an issue and Toyota knows it. A regional Manager was supposed to come look at the roof, but we got no report to show their findings to determine it wasn’t under warranty. Toyota offered $500 for good will (my husband has been a Toyota owner for 41 years, and his family has owned more than 30 Toyota vehicles). We did not accept their offer and paid the $1151.97 bill. I feel that Joey set the tone for how this issue would be resolved with this being covered under warranty. Felt we did not get an honest assessment from her and she was just repeating the company’s talking points. I will not continue to service the vehicle at this dealership and will trade it as soon as possible. More
It was a great experience! The sales department is knowledgeable. JD Dallas was personable and good humored. He seemed to really understand my family’s needs in a vehicle better than I did! Honestly the worst dealership experience. I’ve tried to contant them about multiple Tacoma and often end up ignoring emails after the 2nd to 3rd email. Why do they make this hard for a purchaser to give th contant them about multiple Tacoma and often end up ignoring emails after the 2nd to 3rd email. Why do they make this hard for a purchaser to give them $40,000. Also they offered $8,000 less then Kelly Blue Book for my trade in if it was in poor condition. Don’t waste your time, it’s a quantity dealership that can care less about quality. More
Did NOT waste my time ---- Jerry was great to work with, held the car while I drove the 4.5 hrs to pick it up. No deposit needed. Yes- I would recommend. held the car while I drove the 4.5 hrs to pick it up. No deposit needed. Yes- I would recommend. More
Called about a TRD Pro that they had listed on their website at MSRP. Salesman emailed back & said MSRP was the price. When I inquired again the next day, they emailed back. Since I expressed interest a website at MSRP. Salesman emailed back & said MSRP was the price. When I inquired again the next day, they emailed back. Since I expressed interest at MSRP, they decided to raise their asking price to $10,000 OVER MSRP !!! I would NEVER buy a vehicle at a dealer that does price gouging. I’ve since found several dealers willing to sell this hard to find vehicle at MSRP. Good luck to them getting that price. Lousy way to do business if you ask me. More
