I had done a great deal of research on the internet for possible Hybrid car choices. I narrowed my search to two vehicles. The 2012 Hybrid Camery and the 2012 Hundai Sonata. The only dealer that actually had the car on the lot and they had choices! I was helped within 30 sec of entering the showroom by a very kind, patient and polte salesman, Melvin Jiles. Melvin was albe to show me the choices and take me on a test immediately. He was very thorough in showing all of the amenities and features. I made my requests for trade-in, financing and accessories. Asked him to work it out and call me. I had my answer within 30 minutes of leaving the dealer and they came so close to meeting my requests (and I loved the car) I went back the next day to seal the deal. The general manager has touched based with me and he too has great manners. Not pushy at all. I would highly recommend this dealer. Toyota just needs to now offer a 100K warranty at no charge like Hundai and all would be well with the world. More

My experience was exceptional, I came in late in the day and they didn't hesitate to stay and help me with my needs. One of which was to get the car delivered 250 miles away. I came in with pre-approved f and they didn't hesitate to stay and help me with my needs. One of which was to get the car delivered 250 miles away. Based on my experience I will not hesitate to recommend them in the future and based on their sales service I plan to come back and give there service department a go even though there is a closer Toyota Dealer.
