I gave this rating because I was given excellent service by Derek. The day I purchased my car, he worked very hard to get my new car ready for me when I was in a hurry. When I went back for the re detailing 2 weeks later, he was extremely friendly and made sure everything was going well with my car and made sure that the time was taken to complete my cleaning and detailing to the best standards.
