I called the dealership to make arrangements to buy my 2008 expired Camry Hybrid lease. I had taken good care of it with only 20,000 miles, even though I was allowed 36,000. After meeting Lloyd he explained that the new 2011 Toyota Hybrids were being offered at 0% interest and that the lease factors were crazy low. He offered to do the numbers and promised me absolutely "NO Pressure". I agreed and I could not believe that the payment was $50.00 less than for me to buy my 2008 Hybrid with an expired 3 year warrantee. When Lloyd explained that with the new Hybrid I get a new warrantee and two years of "Toyota Care" free oil changes it seemed like a no brainer. Thanks Lloyd and I WILL refer you. Derek has been the kind of salesman every dealer would like to have! He’s been knowledgeable, cooperative and most of all, responsive. Tony is the kind of guy who won't rush you. He asks important questions on your needs and what you want and helps you find a vehicle that fits you. He listens to you and informs you of the vehicles that might suit you better than what you thought at first. However, if you are dead set on one car he can help there too. His knowledge of the automobiles that they have is top notch. No question goes unanswered nor are there pieces of information left out. He really makes you feel that you run the show and he is there to help. Nothing was ever pressured. You will never feel like he is giving you the same sales pitch that he just gave the last 30 customers. Every interaction is genuine. He was a great help for me in looking for the right vehicle. I plan to do business with him first before I look anywhere else again. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone and would also recommend this dealer. More

Bill Toth was my sales person & he was able to take all of my requests and come up with the right vehicle. The price quote was shared quickly and fairly & the financing was the best in the area. I judged that Bill was able to assess my specifications & find the appropriate car right away. I did not feel pressure & I felt like my questions were answered fairly & appropriately. He didn't exaggerate, but gave clear and straightforward answers. No buyer's remorse here. It was such a good experience that another family member purchased another car from Bill 6 mos. later. Same great experience. I highly recommend shopping with Bill Toth. He has experience & wisdom & he knows his products---he made the car-buying experience great! More

Tony asked us about what sorts of things were important to us, and seemed very interested in fitting the vehicle to our preferences. The fact that Tony handled the entire process was more comfortable for us than the old method where the customer was moved from sales to finance. Tony knew the process well and guided us through each step, explaining what we were signing and why. Our family has purchased three other cars from Motorcars Toyota, even though they are not the closest dealership to us. We have always found them to be friendly and customer oriented. We were very pleased with their new StraightForward Pricing philosophy. We enjoy driving our new Camry! We will definitely return to Motorcars Toyota and Tony when looking for our next car! More
I visited motorcars to look for a car that fits my needs. I scheduled an appointment with Bill and he show me the car. After talking to my wife i made a second visit to get a quote on couple of other cars but still couldn't decide on making a purchase. In the end I bought a nice used car with a reasonable price. Bill was patient and did not rush me into buying a vehicle i would later regret. More
I would highly recommend this dealership and "customer service rep" Tony Costic. I am a single working mother that had just taken on a promotion that required me to drive my usual 3 minutes to work to a 35 minute commute downtown. I was driving a gas guzzling full size Chevy SUV. Tony had called my office to follow up with a co-worker that had previously looked at the Rav4. I asked him what the gas mileage was on this vehicle and he was quick to answer my question. I had already test driven a Mitsubishi that I was not quite impressed with or even wanted to deal with the salesperson,as he seemed sleezy and insincere...I decided to schedule a test drive for the Rav4 with Tony. He explained that he was new to this business and also the new approach that Motorcars had taken on with sales and leasing. I appreciated that I did not need to try to negotiate a price to drive a new vehicle and also his honesty,and that this was still a learning experience for him. I felt the training he received was appropriate and to his advantage. I never felt he was trying to "sell" me a car,but really tried to find the best vehicle to suit my lifestyle and budget. I also feel I was given a fair trade price for my "gas guzzler" and took delivery of my new Rav4. All the paperwork had been done ahead of time and Tony sat in my new SUV answering any questions that I had forget previously in my test drive. We shared a few good laughs because of my forgetfullness and he never seemed bothered by it. I am 3rd sister in my family to drive this awesome vehicle!! Maybe we will end up on a commercial??!! But if not, I know that my kids and myself are safe in this vehicle and I can depend on Tony should I have any questions or concerns! More
