I have been buying cars from other Toyota dealerships for over 15 years, and by far this was the best experience I've ever had. There are several other Toyota dealerships that are closer, but I purposely dro over 15 years, and by far this was the best experience I've ever had. With my busy schedule I have very little time to be jerked around with the classic sales tactics. Derek was the exact opposite... straight forward, provided everything I asked for and made the decision process very comfortable. We met Derek at the auto show in cleveland. He was very friendly and as we started speaking to him we found him very knowledgable. When we stopped by to test drive the quote did not change however was lower than another dealer. When we test drove the car, he continued to show his knowledge of the product. During the whole encounter he was very friendly including providing us with something to drink and eat. After we bought a vehicle he followed up with service as we wanted additional parts installed. He returns calls and checks into matters in a very timely manner. Thus far our experience has been excellant with Derek. There is one issue still to be completed, however he continues to call and check the status of this. We DO NOT feel left in the dark even after completing the sale. The dealership as a whole is very friendly and works hard at customer service and satisfaction!! More
