My husband and I were planning on buying a Toyota Camry, or possibly a Toyota Tacoma. We had a friend recommend going to Motorcars and asking for Derek. We are glad we did. Derek was friendly and easy going while at the same time very knowledgeable about the car and truck. He never made us feel rushed and he answered every question we had. It was clear that customer service is priority for Derek. We did end up purchasing a Camry, but Motorcars didn't have one on the lot with just the accessories we wanted so Derek found one for us. The pricing along with the 0 APR for 60 months and the $500 TFS bonus really helped. Because of Derek's quality of work, knowledge, and friendliness, we will be back when it is time to purchase the Tacoma. More

We met Derek at the auto show in cleveland. He was very friendly and as we started speaking to him we found him very knowledgable. He followed up with us after the show and all the initial work was done o friendly and as we started speaking to him we found him very knowledgable. When we stopped by to test drive the quote did not change however was lower than another dealer. When we test drove the car, he continued to show his knowledge of the product. During the whole encounter he was very friendly including providing us with something to drink and eat. After we bought a vehicle he followed up with service as we wanted additional parts installed. He returns calls and checks into matters in a very timely manner. Thus far our experience has been excellant with Derek. There is one issue still to be completed, however he continues to call and check the status of this. We DO NOT feel left in the dark even after completing the sale. The dealership as a whole is very friendly and works hard at customer service and satisfaction!! More

The first thing that impressed me was Lloyd's smile. I never felt any pressure, just a sense that Lloyd truely wanted to help me. Lloyd was very patient with me showing and test driving 4 different cars. Did all the "Out the door" numbers in minutes. I was about to buy and then at the last moment my husband calls me and says, "Never mind I bought a car in New York". To be honest I was afraid to tell Lloyd, but when I did he didn't care. In fact, he seemed more concerned with how my relative was doing since he had lost his grand daughter from cancer as well.
