Great pre-purchase help, even with odd requests Rob Kanfer helped me greatly by sending additional photos of a car I was interested in. I live far away from their location in Ohio but was looking fo Rob Kanfer helped me greatly by sending additional photos of a car I was interested in. I live far away from their location in Ohio but was looking for a specific older model vehicle with low miles which I found online at Motorcars Toyota. Rob took photos underneath the car at my request and even made a short video of the engine starting and the backup camera in operation. Very helpful! I didn't end up buying the car for other reasons and he was very gracious when I let him know, there were no bad vibes at all. I would shop here again and call Rob. More
