My experiences with the Service Department at Motorcars has been fantastic. I have been taking our 2006 Toyota Highlander to Motorcars for the past two years. I had been going to another Toyota Dealer and found things changing-not to my liking. this is why I decided to try Motorcars. It amazes me that after dealing with the other dealer-probably close to 20 years, I started to get lesser service-jobs sent to wrong tech and lots of immediate suggested repairs that may not have been required. I hope that doesn't happen here-as long as things stay as they have been for my first 4 visits, I'll become a longtime customer. Matt, the technician is excellent. Kevin and Jon do a great job. Derek did an excellent job. He remained in contact with me throughout the whole process, I was coming in town for one day. I appreciated all the figures that he pulled for me in advance along with having s me throughout the whole process, I was coming in town for one day. My experience at Motorcars Toyota was very good. Andrew Chiarelli was my salesperson, and he was very knowledgeable regarding the RAV4 that I purchased. Jon not only excels at customer service he goes above and beyond to keep customers happy. I brought my three small children with me the first time we came to Motorcars when we had a major service and two r beyond to keep customers happy. I brought my three small children with me the first time we came to Motorcars when we had a major service and two recalls on our van. He checked on us consistently, made sure we were comfortable and kept us updated on the van's progress. Even though we were there for three hours I felt very cared for as did my children. The last time I came in I had a different service member who fell well short of helpful. I considered taking my van out to another dealership but Jon managed to redeem my faith in Motorcars. I will happily continue to service my vehicle here because of Jon. More

I have been buying cars from other Toyota dealerships for over 15 years, and by far this was the best experience I've ever had. There are several other Toyota dealerships that are closer, but I purposely dro over 15 years, and by far this was the best experience I've ever had. There are several other Toyota dealerships that are closer, but I purposely drove the extra miles so I can work with Derek and his team. With my busy schedule I have very little time to be jerked around with the classic sales tactics. Derek was the exact opposite... straight forward, provided everything I asked for and made the decision process very comfortable. I appreciated the ease of doing business and would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a Toyota. I can say with great confidence that I will buy from Derek in the future! Derek Roberts is very good at what he does. He is extremely responsive. He returns calls promptly. Up to the point of sale, I never heard him utter the words I can't or that is beyond my scope of authority. My wife wanted another brand. Derek did not give me a reason to look elsewhere. He worked with me and not against me. He did what he said he was going to do, unfortunately that has become a rare trait in most customer service businesses. He even said that I could follow up with him when scheduling service. Imagine that, a promise of continued service after the check was written. Congratulations and keep up the good work! More
