She was always available to answer any questions and helped me with everything I needed to finance the car through my local credit union. When I arrived in Cleveland, I found that the car was exactly as she had described it, down to the smallest detail. She even went the extra mile by having the car detailed to remove a couple of stains on the seats and quickly ordered a missing headrest to be shipped to my home. I expected my first car purchase to be lengthy and complicated, but thanks to Tyler's great communication and organizational skills, it was a pleasure. All the work had been done by the time I arrived at the dealership, so she just introduced me to my new car and gave me hot chocolate and cookies while she wrapped things up with the finance dept., then I signed the paperwork and drove away. All major transactions should be this stress-free. Tyler provided a level of customer service that is refreshing and rare these days - we'll definitely do business again, and I will recommend her highly to anyone in the market for a new or used car. I went to Motercars for fluid in my dashboard earlier this week and I was assisted by Justin Munford. I was extremely scared and thought my car was damaged permanently.
