Tyler Fridley is a terrific salesperson and it was a pleasure working with her. Tyler worked really hard to answer every question I had and to find me a vehicle that I loved. I love the Scion XD I purchased and when I accidentally traded in my vehicle with the parking permit I needed for my building, Tyler worked hard to track it down for me. Tyler really goes the extra mile for her clients. When I noticed that the license plate on my new Scion XD was rattling because their is no place to screw in the bottom half of the license plate, Tyler and the general manager came out and invented a solution to fix the problem. As I said, Tyler really goes the extra mile for her clients. From my first test drive through closing on my new car, Tyler was available for any questions and any issues I had. She is really attentive and a terrific asset to Motorcars Toyota. After the purchase, Tyler has continued to follow up, making sure I was happy with the purchase and, more recently, to help me get a few additional features added to the Scion XD. I loved my experience with Motorcars Toyota and thoroughly enjoyed working with their staff! More

I have been treated so well by Bill Toth and the ownership at Motorcars Toyota I just had to write this. In the past 2 weeks I've leased 2 cars from Bill and had some difficulty accepting the 2nd o ownership at Motorcars Toyota I just had to write this. The entire staff was friendly and personable. My salesman, Bill Barton was great. He was personable and very concerned about all the things that were important to me, in getting my car. Customer service was as prompt as possible considering that I walked in during the middle of some sweepstakes event. I never once felt I was being rushed or pawned off. The car is a great price for the value I will get out of it. I love the Cleveland Heights location!! I bought my 1st 1999 Camry in 2001 & I was there in April 2011 for service & I just happen to mention to my service advisor that I was interested in talking 1999 Camry in 2001 & I was there in April 2011 for service & I just happen to mention to my service advisor that I was interested in talking to a salesman about a new car but not ready to buy yet. Soon after the staff meeting was over I was introduced to Ramon Oneal. He was new to the company but you never knew this because he was very informed about all things Toyota. If he couldn't answer the question he made sure he found someone who could answer my questions. Toyota & Ramon kept their promise to have the items that were not on my new 2011 Camry added within 5 days plus give me a loan free of charge. I now have 2 Toyota Camry in my household & the 1999 rides just like the 2011 but without the new car smell!
