The reason I gave a "4" for "quality of work" and "price" was because the vehicle that was delivered had some "extras" that we had not discussed ahead of time and ended up costing me a bit more money. I don't see that Orlando Martinez is listed on the review board but I have to say that he was wonderful! He was very professional and took the time to explain what was needed. Things seem to be a bit crazy board but I have to say that he was wonderful! He was very professional and took the time to explain what was needed. Things seem to be a bit crazy due to the construction but he made me feel comfortable and kept me informed. He took the time to answer all my questions and actually thanked me for my time which is a first at Motorcars. I came in for an oil change and spent almost $1000 and left as a very happy customer. I also like supporting Cleveland Heights and keeping a premiere dealership & service center in that area. On the "Straightforward Pricing" philosophy -- I think it's good to be straightforward with clients, as clients should be straightforward with a dealer. I put a premium on the value of doing business in a straightforward manner, because it means that the dealership is going to have to invest more in its sales labor cost and training costs. However, this an automobile is still a commoditized product, and price negotiation is part of the purchasing process. It's not about hardball, just about both sides sharing information. I appreciate your willingness to accommodate me and provide me with what I considered to be a fair price for the vehicle. In the end, I paid an $850 premium over the next best offer for the convenience of doing business with Motorcars. I was happy to pay an extra $850 and would recommend the dealership to friends and relatives. The vehicle I bought was a quick turnaround item -- it had just been lowered off of the truck when I test-drove. The technician couldn't figure out how to set the clock, and it took me about a week to figure it out myself, but that would be my only complaint on the Quality of Work. Communication was good throughout the process. You did a good job of following up with me without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. That's the art of sales, and you did it well. The vehicle is running great at 3.5k miles. It's a great product. More
My wife and I were both very satisfied with our purchase from Bill. I was looking to replace my older Ranger with a certified used vehicle that would offer more safety and comfort for my wife. Bill spent all the time needed to show us a variety of cars and in fact stayed well after closing. I spent 25 years in sales and know sometimes you work late but Bill went out of his way to be helpful. The last car we wanted to see was on a test drive and was purchased by that customer, Bill checked inventory and found one final vehicle that had all the requirements my wife had (leather, moon roof, CD, seats that fit, room for our grown kids, safe color, and more). If he didn’t check to see if anything had been released but not yet on the inventory printout we never would have found my new car. Bill helped follow up on all the paperwork, go over the technology Toyota has that my 94 Ranger didn’t and continues to see if I’m still happy. I will not hesitate a second to see Bill for my next car or recommend him to a friend. More

Jeff the salesman was very personable, and dealt with me in an honest fashion. He worked with me to find a car that suited my needs rather than try to push me to buy a specific vehicle as other dealers in m in an honest fashion. Also, greatly appreciated Jeff for following up with me as the car I desired needed to be shipped the the dealer. This was accomplished within the time frame originally specified at the time of the sale. More
Earl was a great salesman and went out of his way to get me what I wanted. He also took a lot of time showing me how to operate the car, which I really appreciated!
