I called motor Cars Toyota after closing a deal at Metro Toyota for the same car and after leaving a $ 500 deposit on that car; however, I was not completely satisfied with the way the salesman handled the Toyota for the same car and after leaving a $ 500 deposit on that car; however, I was not completely satisfied with the way the salesman handled the sale . My questions about the Customer Loyalty Award were not answered. There was some doubt in my mind about the oil change frequency ( I believe it was to be 12,000 miles with this new oil ). After thinking about this I was not comfortable. I also wanted to give my 2005 leased Toyota back to Toyota instead of trading it in to the Metro Dealer. Basically the salesman was not as cordial as the previous salesman I had at Metro or the finance man previously there. There were a number of other less important issues. In order to regain some confidence in the transaction, I decided to call another dealer ( Motor Cars ) and also Toyota Corporate Customer Relations. After talking with Matt Koler on the phone, the Customer Loyalty Award was clarified and I visited Motor Cars in person and met Bill Barton who was very cordial, informative and helpful. I call Barton and Koler " The Winning Team " after putting me into a positive frame of mind again. I later verified my dissatisfaction with Corporate Toyota Customer Relations re: my experience with Metro. To make a long story short, I immediately bought another Rav4 from Motor Cars and told Metro not to go ahead with the deal and to refund my deposit which they did after a couple phone calls from their cordial owners. Michael Motley was friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all NOT PUSHY. I really appreciated Motocars' no haggle pricing, the "red phone" and that they seemingly do not play the typical car salesman psychol all NOT PUSHY. Although I did not purchase a vehicle from Motorcars, I would strongly consider (and recommend) them in the future. More

I was looking to buy my first car and, after deciding on a Corolla, gave Motorcars a call to see what they could offer. Paul provided me with many different options packages and went the extra mile with getting me a competitive price. When we settled on a day for pick-up, Paul organized everything so that the car would be on the lot and all of the paperwork would be streamlined. After coming into town, Paul even picked me up from the airport to bring me to the dealership! Now that's full service salesmanship! Paul and the staff at Motorcars really know how to make the buying experience friendly and hassle-free. They really understand the needs of medical professionals like myself and provide top-quality customer service! More
Mr. Hanley was extremely professional and helpful. He bent over backwards to accommodate every question I had for him, regarding car interior color and material. I do not usually have good experiences with car salesmen but because Mr. Hanley was so exceptionally kind (and has a very nice smile!) I was able to enjoy this particular car shopping experience.
