Last week I bought a used Honda from Motorcars. I found a car that I was interested in on the internet and contacted Brandon Greene to arrange a time to see it. When I drove the car and took a closer look at it I realized I had had some concerns about its condition. Brandon patiently showed me other cars they had in stock. He put no pressure on me at all and simply went through the Motorcars' website with me as we looked up all of the cars that matched my search. I test drove several cars before I found the Honda I ended up buying. I was allowed to take the car to my mechanic. Throughout the whole adventure, Brandon was great - he showed great patience with my demands. He even gave me a ride to the dealership to pick up my car. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. I went to heights Toyota because i felt I would get the best deal. After my pricing research of other dealers, I found this to be true (same as my '06 Tundra at heights). I bought the '12 camry S E with all the options inc. nav and push button start and so on and so on. love the car it is my 6th camry as my 1st was the'90 L E. They did not forget me after I drove the car off the lot: On the morning of the 6th of Dec. 2012 I had a Cleve Clinic Appt. I started my car to let it warm up for about 10 minutes. After that, I hurried to the clinic to make my 8:20 appt. When i went to turn off the car in the parking garage it became painfully obvious that I left my keys at home (push button start). After the panic I decided to call heights Toyota and ask for help. My salesman Ray Richards came and picked me up, tok me back to the dealer, gave me a comp. rental to drive home to get my keys. I want to take the time to write this review because customer service and thorough follow-up is a lost art in today's day and age....but, KEN MACK is bringin it back! I bought a Toyota Matrix from Ken M customer service and thorough follow-up is a lost art in today's day and age....but, KEN MACK is bringin it back! I bought a Toyota Matrix from Ken Mack and he is always on top of calling and checking in and saves me soooo much worry and hassle about small details like looking up what phone number to call, etc. I highly recommend Ken because he makes it easy to buy a car and do all the necessary "car things" that people really don't want to take the time to think about. My experience at Toyota Motorcar's was superb! Jennifer Gurley was most helpful with getting me my newer Saturn. Jenny Brockway was amazing to work with. She made the process of searching for the best deal quick, easy, and hassle free. Best of all, her spunk and friendliness made buying a new SUV fun. I sent the same blanket email to 10 dealerships, searching for the best deal. Jenny responded first with the most competitive offer and was the only one that provided a thoughtful, compelling, and informative response of any local dealership. The rest responded with an offer to "beat any deal", but when I showed them Jenny's offer, they refused to put it in writing. I made the internet request at 11:30 PM. Jenny responded the next morning at 8:30, 30 mins before the dealership opened, beating all other dealerships to the punch. She led immediately with the best offer. In fact, even after I brought my new Highlander home, I received more claims from local dealers that they would beat my offer, knowing I couldn't challenge them since I was out of the market - the same dealers that refused to make a clear offer just 24 hours earlier. Motorcars should consider themselves lucky to have Jenny on staff. She reeled me in, something none of the 10 other dealerships could do and she did it quickly. We had a wonderful experience working with Brandon! I had a lot of email contact with him prior to our visit, as I found a vehicle I wanted on the internet site. We got the vehicle we wanted, traded in our van for very fair value, and without any haggling, or games. Brandon has a great "down to earth" demeanor about him, and it was a pleasure to deal with him from start to finish! We also found all of the other folks at the dealership to be very friendly, and courteous too- Derek Roberts came over to speak to us, and Ru Chawla was great in finance.
