Let me tell you he was the most friendliest, accomodating salesperson I have ever did business with. I ask a lot of questions he was able to provide me with all the information I needed in looking to get another vehicle. I ended up purchasing a 2009 Toyota Camry and I got the best deal ever on a used car, I told Ardell the percentage rate I was looking for the amount I could afford monthly and he made it happen. I was very very happy with the sale and I absolutely love my car. If you are in the market for a used or new vehicle seek out Ardell Cloud, you will be happy you did :) More

The quality of service and attention that Derek and Ray gave to me and my wife, Nancy, was exceptional and greatly appreciated. Derek took the time to listen to my past experiences, and understand what I was looking for. I am a soft sell person, and Derek did not try to oversell anything. I understand that Ray did much of the preparation of the car once we had reached a deal, and that everything was professionally done. I certainly would recommend this dealership to others based on the whole approach and quality of customer service we received. I also appreciated that Matt Gile took the time to come over to say hello when we came in. He had called me on the phone a couple weeks prior to our dealership visit to inform me of the loyalty program that was being offered. I received an email from Brandon regarding the car, and at one point during the few days of emailing he said that it was already purchased. While on the lot in Sandusky at our first stop, Brandon called to let me know that the '09 on his lot was available again after the prospective buyer backed out. That first car we looked at had some problems that weren't evident from cars.com, although the salesman offered to do a Carfax report on the one Brandon had, and it came back as pretty good. We grabbed some lunch and hit the road for Cleveland since we were already half way there from our home. When asked over the phone, Brandon said there were a few minor nicks but no major issues, and the tires were good, and that they closed at 6pm. We got there about 4:20pm, checked out the car, went for a test drive with our kids inspecting the rear seats, and decided we liked it. Brandon and his finance person stayed late past closing time and took care of all the details, enabling us to leave that night with our new car. We love the car and wish we loved closer to Motorcars Toyota so we could have it serviced there on a regular basis. Thanks Brandon! More
