I have been coming to this dealership for about 15 years and have leased many Camry's over that period of time. While I have always felt I received adequate service, I have to say that my recent experience and have leased many Camry's over that period of time. While I have always felt I received adequate service, I have to say that my recent experience was my best by far. The quality of service and attention that Derek and Ray gave to me and my wife, Nancy, was exceptional and greatly appreciated. Derek took the time to listen to my past experiences, and understand what I was looking for. I am a soft sell person, and Derek did not try to oversell anything. I understand that Ray did much of the preparation of the car once we had reached a deal, and that everything was professionally done. I certainly would recommend this dealership to others based on the whole approach and quality of customer service we received. I also appreciated that Matt Gile took the time to come over to say hello when we came in. He had called me on the phone a couple weeks prior to our dealership visit to inform me of the loyalty program that was being offered. I received an email from Brandon regarding the car, and at one point during the few days of emailing he said that it was already purchased. While on the lot in Sandusky at our first stop, Brandon called to let me know that the '09 on his lot was available again after the prospective buyer backed out. That first car we looked at had some problems that weren't evident from cars.com, although the salesman offered to do a Carfax report on the one Brandon had, and it came back as pretty good. We grabbed some lunch and hit the road for Cleveland since we were already half way there from our home. When asked over the phone, Brandon said there were a few minor nicks but no major issues, and the tires were good, and that they closed at 6pm. We got there about 4:20pm, checked out the car, went for a test drive with our kids inspecting the rear seats, and decided we liked it. Brandon and his finance person stayed late past closing time and took care of all the details, enabling us to leave that night with our new car. We love the car and wish we loved closer to Motorcars Toyota so we could have it serviced there on a regular basis. Thanks Brandon! More

He put no pressure on me at all and simply went through the Motorcars' website with me as we looked up all of the cars that matched my search. I test drove several cars before I found the Honda I ended up buying. I was allowed to take the car to my mechanic. Throughout the whole adventure, Brandon was great - he showed great patience with my demands. He even gave me a ride to the dealership to pick up my car. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. I went to heights Toyota because i felt I would get the best deal. After my pricing research of other dealers, I found this to be true (same as my '06 Tundra at heights). I bought the '12 camry S E with all the options inc. nav and push button start and so on and so on. love the car it is my 6th camry as my 1st was the'90 L E. They did not forget me after I drove the car off the lot: On the morning of the 6th of Dec. 2012 I had a Cleve Clinic Appt. I started my car to let it warm up for about 10 minutes. After that, I hurried to the clinic to make my 8:20 appt. When i went to turn off the car in the parking garage it became painfully obvious that I left my keys at home (push button start). After the panic I decided to call heights Toyota and ask for help. My salesman Ray Richards came and picked me up, tok me back to the dealer, gave me a comp. rental to drive home to get my keys. I bought a Toyota Matrix from Ken Mack and he is always on top of calling and checking in and saves me soooo much worry and hassle about small details like looking up what phone number to call, etc. I highly recommend Ken because he makes it easy to buy a car and do all the necessary "car things" that people really don't want to take the time to think about.
