When I began my search for a car I wanted to make sure I had the upper hand so I began looking 3 months before I knew I would need a car. Between car rentals for work, cars purchased by friends, and test drives I felt pretty comfortable with the quality of chevy, ford, hyundai, subaru, toyota and honda. I ended up focusing in on the Prius V from Toyota because I liked the drive, size, and mpg. With a price in mind from my research, I talked to about a half-dozen different Toyota dealers and Brandon Greene at Motorcars in Cleveland Heights gave me the most comfort. He was as knowledgable and more straightforward than other car salesman, and more importantly to me he was extremely conscientious of our time (both in his responsiveness and the competitive quote). I was also extremely impressed with the service hours and additional downtown service location at Motorcars. I recommend talking with Brandon and Motorcars if you are looking for a Toyota in the Cleveland area. I felt like they delivered better customer service than I have had with my previous auto purchases at different dealers and the best price in the market after a pretty exhaustive search. More

We had been looking for a new vehicle for a about a month and decided to go the the Cleveland Auto Show to look at several different vehicles that we were interested in. When we stopped by to look at the Toyota Rav 4 we talked with Ray Richards. Ray answered all our questions about the newly designed Rav 4 and was very easy to talk to. We didn't feel like he was "handing us a line" just to sell a car. Even though we did not live nearby the dealership, we went to Motorcars in Mayfield and met with Ray, he gave us a price that was great, we purchased the Rav 4 and picked it up a couple of days later. The whole experience was pleasant with no pressure. If you are looking for a car and want a pleasant experience and an honest person to buy from, stop by and ask for Ray. BTW the Rav 4 is so fun to drive! More

I went there to buy 2012 Rav4. Instead, I bought All New 2013 Rav4 because Ken Mack helped me out with the best deal I can get. He take good care of customers and always be on top to help them out. Let me tell you he was the most friendliest, accomodating salesperson I have ever did business with. I ask a lot of questions he was able to provide me with all the information I needed in looking to get another vehicle. I ended up purchasing a 2009 Toyota Camry and I got the best deal ever on a used car, I told Ardell the percentage rate I was looking for the amount I could afford monthly and he made it happen. I was very very happy with the sale and I absolutely love my car. If you are in the market for a used or new vehicle seek out Ardell Cloud, you will be happy you did :) More

I love to work deals and argue out the best price. i did not have that luxury this time. they gave me a great deal (yes i had to fight them a little to get a little more, but they gave a solid deal righ from the getgo) from all my research they offered more than I thought they would and only a little less than i wanted. all round i wrote this so believe me they are fair, i rarely go out of my way for car sales personel. (sorry to car sales people). but yes i would go to them again. More

I reached out to a total of 4 four Toyota dealers in the Northeast Ohio area for a quote on a new Toyota Camry XLE Black/Ivory. Each dealer provided an offer that was laughable except Motorcars.
