We had the pleasure of purchasing our Toyota Corolla from Motorcars Toyota in Cleveland Heights, from representative Thomas Cargill. Our budget was fixed - so the goal was simple. Purchase or lease a vehicle with a good to excellent track record that would endure 5 years, with "minimum" (or "No") unexpected service surprises. Toyota fit the specs and Motorcars Toyota offered us many selections to choose from. So we didn't have to go from dealer to dealer to find the "right" car. Mr. Cargill offered us at least 4 options - (over the 3 days he worked with us) that would fit our budget and achieve our goal. He was empathetic, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Earl is a great salesperson. He is courteous, sensitive to the person's special needs, and extraordinarily attentive. I am an elderly retired teacher, and needed a car I could get in and out of without st to the person's special needs, and extraordinarily attentive. I am an elderly retired teacher, and needed a car I could get in and out of without stooping low and bumping my head against the door frame. Earl made sure the car I was going to buy was the one that I was most comfortable with. So I was given a chance to test drive four different models until I settled on the Camry. He did not rush me into making a choice, and he didn't even come along with my wife and me when we did the test drives. This gave us a chance to talk freely about each car as we drove them about. We greatly appreciated the privacy of the experience. When it came to the trade-in, a 2003 Toyota Corrola, with 168,000 miles on it, he was very generous in giving us a break on the price of the Camry. Also we asked for an installation of a back-up camera on the new car, and he was willing to give it to us at half price. When I picked the car up in a few days he explained all its features to me in detail, and he installed the telephone directory from my cell phone into the car's phone system. We don't buy cars very often and this was an experience with wonderful results. . More

The lease on my 2010 Toyota Corolla was coming to its termination during March of 2013. I called Toyota Financial and they told me to contact Motorcars Toyota, which I did. I did not know whether I should buy-out the 2010 Corolla or lease a 2013 Corolla or buy a different car. I contacted Motorcars Toyota and Mr. Waite had Joe Bencivenni take care of me. He was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. He let me know what each option would cost and the pricing was so good on the 2013 Corolla lease, that is what I chose. I love my 2013 Toyota Corolla and my experience at Motorcars Toyota in Cleveland Heights. More
