I found the experience of buying a new Toyota Camry LXE a truly pleasurable experience. My salesman Tomas Cargill did not put any pressure on me to purchase. I wish I had a positive review, but unfortunately my experience with Motorcars Toyota was very disappointing! I came into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted because I shopped around at another experience with Motorcars Toyota was very disappointing! I came into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted because I shopped around at another dealership, I just came in to see if the price could be beat. The first person I met was an Issa Hanjani in Sales. After we discussed the details of what I wanted, he consulted with Derrick Roberts a Sales Manager. Within a week later I made a decision to go with the offer, mainly because it included even more features than the other offer did for the same price range. Due to the holidays it was almost a week later when the vehicle came in, I was elated and relieved that my search was finally over, that is, until I noticed that the car was missing some key features that we discussed. Essentially I had paperwork for one car, but another car was ordered. No key managers that could resolve the matter were in during that time so I had to wait a few days to try and see where the communication went wrong. Since I came in with specific details of what I wanted the communication had to have gone wrong between the Salesman and Sales Manager. After a few discussions it was apparent that we were not going to be able to complete the sale, so I moved on to search for another vehicle. I also, reached out to the General Manager, but he was on vacation. From there I called corporate because I figured I should find out if any of the paperwork I signed actually went through. Corporate was very responsive and sympathetic as to what occurred and they forwarded a message to the Customer Relations Manager, Steve Walkoff. When I spoke to him, he did nothing but add fuel to the fire! He was so rude and unconcerned about what had occurred and though it was petty that I wanted to make sure that my paperwork was null and void. He even tried to challenge me on my knowledge about cars, how much the dealership makes off deals, so on and so forth. I stood my ground and told him what was important to me as a customer which was to get the car I wanted, for the best price point blank! Any other details about what they make is not my concern as a buyer. All-in-all, this was a horrible experience and I will never ever go to or recommend anyone else to this Toyota dealership. I hope they get Customer Service and Communication training so that they can never forget how to work with and resolve issues with customers. More

I was very pleased with the customer service of Mr. Smitherman when I came to purchase my car. I really was not sure if I was going to purchase a Toyota before coming there, however once I got there a Smitherman when I came to purchase my car. I really was not sure if I was going to purchase a Toyota before coming there, however once I got there and saw the expertise and knowledge that was displayed by Mr. Smitherman, I was convinced that the Toyota Avalon was the best choice for me. The motorcars warranty also helped to make the choice a no- brainer for me. He was professional and met my needs and concerns as a salesman. He was able to answer my questions regarding the car and the options that came with it. I felt comfortable in knowing that what he was telling me was true and matched up with some of the research that I had already done. The presentation of the my vehicle upon delivery was a beautifully, pleasant surprise. Everything that he stated was followed up with. The paperwork was a breeze and no long waiting or hassle. It was an overall smooth and pleasant experience, there was no stress or confusion which confirmed that this was an excellent choice for me. We went to the dealership to look at a new Priius V. We had dealings with Matt Gile and Chuck Gile in the past, but neither was there. Matt was on his way out of the country, however, he dropped what he was doing and called us and set us up with someone to look at cars. And actually his brother and father showed up to help us out. They went out of their way to help us. JD was great at showing us the car and Matt the finance person made the sale go through very smoothly. Robert made our "pick up" of the car very special. All in all it was a great experience and we would buy another car from Motorcars and would recommend them to anyone looking for a Toyota or a used car. More
