My parents and I walked into the facility, and rather than getting immediately pounced on by a salesman, we were politely asked if we needed a salesman's assistance. Better yet, by the end of the process, they had found a way to make the already reasonable price (and APR) even lower than what we had agreed to. It was a discount they didn't have to tell us about, but they did. I think that says a lot. Overall a very positive experience. More

This review is for my salesman Antonio Morson. Coming to the end of my lease...I was in the market for a new car. The make and model wasn't very important....I just needed a car. I came into the Toyota dealership on Sunday at approximately 15mins to closing. There were a few salesmen on the floor...but only 1 asked me "Can I help you?" After explaining to Antonio what I wanted in a car, he took the time to show me a few cars. He was very pleasant and patient with me. After taking a few notes and some pertinent information....he told me he would follow up and contact me the following day. Monday Antonio called me as promised. In the end, I leased a 2014 Toyota Camry. The entire experience was great...up to the presentation of my "new car". Unfortunately...I couldn't get the entire presentation as planned...but the effort was greatly appreciated. I love my new car! Thanks to Antonio Morson. More
