Thomas Cargill- Exceptional Salemen I have purchased two cars from Thom in the last 2 years. This last transaction I brought a used 2009 Honda Accord on June 21st, 2014 and he deserves the highest accolades. He is attentive, active listener,patient, knowledgeable personable salesmen with great follow thru. There were some personal extenuating circumstances that made the purchase a little more difficult than expected but his persistence in making this happen for me was incredible. I ended up with a great car and a great financing rate of which I was very very pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend Thom to family, friends and business colleagues because I know that he will take care of them. Ken Mack I was in the market for a new car for the first time in 13 years. The service manager, Steve Walcoff, heard about the horrible experience I had had a I was in the market for a new car for the first time in 13 years. The service manager, Steve Walcoff, heard about the horrible experience I had had at a different dealership. He said that he would guarantee that if I was willing to drive to MotorCars Toyota, that I would be treated fairly and with respect. I did not let Steve know that I was coming because I wanted to see how the average customer was treated without knowing someone. I met with salesman Ken Mack on my own. Ken asked me a variety of questions about my driving habits and what features I was looking for in order to help me choose the best car to meet my needs. I test drove each car without feeling rushed. He explained the cars features and answered my questions in a very professional manner. When I said that I was torn between a Camry and an Accord, he went across the street to MotorCars Honda and brought an Accord over for me to test drive. He parked the two cars next to each other so I could move between the two until I made my decision. At NO time during the process did he ever pressure me to make a decision. When I said that I needed to sleep on it, he said that he understood and provided me with printouts and pricing details for both cars and told me to call him with any questions. When I came in the next day, he had both cars in the colors I chose parked in front of the showroom so I could test drive them both once again before I made my final decision. I was pleasantly surprised on what a great offer he made me the first time compared to what other local dealers were asking for the same car. After working with the very pleasant finance man, Ken took me out to my new Camry and showed me again how the features worked. He told me that once I have a blue tooth enabled phone, to come back and he would sync it for me, set everything up and show me how to use those features. He said that he would call me the next day just to see if everything was okay and to answer any questions I may have. Ken Mack made my car buying experience stress free and enjoyable. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. More

He was available to answer all my questions, and the next day he even got the garage door opener I left in the car I traded in. I love the car, but I loved the service even more! Weak Customer Service I want to express my complete dissatisfaction with this dealership specifically the service department. I called last week to set-up a recall appointm I want to express my complete dissatisfaction with this dealership specifically the service department. I called last week to set-up a recall appointment for a notice I received from Toyota a lady at your service department set me up for appointment for Saturday May 31, 2014. When I arrived I wait about 10 minutes because it was busy but no problem. When Ms. Lockett waited on me she reviewed why I was there and she said they did not have the parts for the recall notice. She tried to contact a couple of manager but none where found using there PA system and their cell phones which is pretty weak a manager should always be available. She did apologize why someone didn’t contact me to cancel the appointment but it sounded like the appointment should never been set-up. I don’t know why anyone at this amateur dealership didn’t contact me either. I scheduled some appointments around this drop off so I had to back track back to my house and wasted about an hour and half really didn’t appreciate this very shoddy service since your dealership prides itself on customer service. More

Trevor I came in last week to Motorcars Toyota looking for a new car. I wanted a reliable car with good gas mileage, so I had my mind set on a Prius. Trevor Marlyne in Sales made the process as easy and painless as possible. I was able to get a new Prius under a payment plan that works for me. Best of all, Trevor and Motorcars gave me plenty of resources to be able to check in any time with questions/concerns and set me up with plenty of information to know when I should take my car in for inspections and service. I could not have asked for a better customer experience with Motorcars, nor a friendlier salesperson in Trevor. Job well done, guys! More
