Great people, easy to deal with. I admit that I hate buying cars from dealers. IU ended up at Toyota after looking at BMW and Acura and being completely disgusted by the process. The other guys really lived up to the and rap that car dealers have. I am happy today that my experience at Motorcars was refreshing. No hard sale, no complicated back and forth. Just an easy conversation about what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Done in 20 minutes. They even had to find the car I wanted from another dealer but did so happily and quickly. I would definitely recommend Antonio at Motorcars Toyota if you are in the market for a new car. More

All told, Motorcars has sold us at least eight cars, the most recent being a 2014 Honda CR-V. We were debating between the CR-V and the Toyota RAV-4. It was proving to be a difficult decision: we liked features of each. We were working with two fantastic salesmen: Issa Hanjani at Motorcars Toyota and Joe Bencivenni at Motorcars Honda. Each was exceedingly helpful, providing patient assistance without pressure. When sales people, whom we know work on commission, are that helpful, professional and personable, it can easily feel uncomfortable to make a decision that will benefit one to the exclusion of the other. They repeatedly assured us that whatever we decided would be fine with them, that because of their long-standing working relationship they would work out a way that each would benefit from whatever decision we made. However much they each gained, I am sure of one thing....each person earned it, and then some, with all the time they spent with us and the assistance they rendered. After making the decision to get the Honda, we were pleased with the support that the dealership provided to Joe and to us. For example, they were extremely generous in the value they gave us for two older trade-ins, well beyond, I'm sure, the amount they could realize from them. The finance manager's was a prince in the way he handled a couple of "small" glitches in the paperwork process -- such as our forgetting to sign a check! It was very much like doing business with friends. Now, six months in to owning our CR-V, we are happy to say that we still love it. It gets decent mileage. -- not what a hybrid would deliver, which we knew going in -- but at 19 -24 mpg depending on the type of driving, good enough to satisfy our expectations. We got the top trim line so we could have some features we wanted, such as driver power seat adjustments, sun roof, leather interior, etc. and are glad we did. A couple of interior design elements, though small in the scheme of a car's performance, were important to our decision, and remain favorable as we use the car. For example, the covered console area between the two front seats actually gives us quite a bit more cabin storage than the Toyota would have, and the cover provides a convenient place for our 16 lb. furry family member to curl up on longer trips. The storage space for sunglasses near the center rear view mirror is a small, but mighty treasure, eliminating the need to ever have to look for those pesky, disappearing glasses. Honda engineers have squeezed little additional storage areas in a number of places. -- such as a hollow in the center area near the floor on each side of the console which we use to keep a folding umbrella handy, as well as a supply of plastic bags for trash. My pocket knife fits handily in a little depression in the driver's side door along with the hand cleaner. These are details which would not amount to much if the car were not a winner mechanically, safety-wise, in terms of handling, etc. But we knew we couldn't go wrong with either a Toyota or a Honda -- or either dealership. -- so our decision came down to details. Thus far, we are pleased to report we've found no devils in those details. More

Purchase of 2011 Toyota Yaris Bill was not the original salesperson I "bought" the car from. However, since the salesperson I was dealing with was not in on the day I scheduled to Bill was not the original salesperson I "bought" the car from. However, since the salesperson I was dealing with was not in on the day I scheduled to pick up the car, Bill took over and with only minor delays helped me through the process very well. Since it was well over 10 years since I purchased a car, I was unfamiliar with the process. I would like to thank Bill for stepping in and helping me through this process. More

New Prius I am not an easy sell but Mr. Hanley was amazingly patient with me as I took my time deciding what car to buy. I am so happy with my Prius and really I am not an easy sell but Mr. Hanley was amazingly patient with me as I took my time deciding what car to buy.
